Thx for this content..very helpfull and usefull👍...Useful for me in hair growth, in addition to what you mentioned (rosemary, almonds) is onion juice with coffee put in shampoo or castor oil and hot pepper tincture... as well as thyme or flax seeds.🤗 Happy New Year 🍾🥂
I have watched so many videos on menopause hair loss and am frustrated. My gorgeous hair has been falling out and and turning to brittle hay for 2 years, and it got worse when I started HRT. I'm on every recommended vitamin, mineral and herb, minoxidil topical, red light, PRP, collagen, and scalp massage. I have low T, low DHEA and no cortisol left ("adrenal fatigue"). 0 of 7 medical professionals could tell me what the cause is and I have spent $$$$$. Someone please help.
Im 49 and post menopausal. On HRT for two years. What really helped me is the following: - changed how I wash my hair - wash only the scalp, not the ends - Wash 2x per week - Do not let it air dry use a blow dryer and professional round brush to do a blowout w/ Oribe heat protect cream - before I wash hair, use Olaplex #3 - this was a game changer for me Sleep with my hair in a light bun - Do not put hair in ponytail!!! Use a clip instead
How low is ur T? I'm suffering with hairloss since 2018. I'm on testosterone but my total T is only 28. What I found out was when I lowered my T dose, my DHT flew up to 39. I'm very sensitive to dht. I need it below 10. I have adrenal fatigue as well. Akso make sure u do a thyroid panel. I also have hashimoto's which can contribute to hair loss. I hope u can find some answers. I really think it's dht for me and will have to get off testosterone. It's all maddening. Plus my estrogen is low even on HRT. My body doesn't like much estrogen. 😢 back when I was off HRT and my total T was 6 and my estradiol at 26, I had zero hairloss.
As a African American woman over 40, thank you for this education.❤
Recommendations for a reputable red light therapy company to order from?

great content 👍🏻 but why is your video bad its not entertaining to watch
agree but i only listen to her for review so i dont get much bothered on the video itself
thought it was just me being bothered with the sudden unnecessary pictures/clips shown 😅 guess it wasnt edited smoothly
Is there anyway to regrow the hair?
