Hi Jeffrey! That is made by Oklahoma Joe’s and they call it the Blacksmith Hawg Lifter. I found mine at Academy. It is pretty awesome! Works great for brisket, too.
Hey Becky, love the name of your site !! I want to smoke a turkey breast with a cranberry glaze and I was wondering if I should still season it with a rub or just use salt and pepper?
Glad you like the name, my husband came up with it. LOL For me personally, I would just go with salt & pepper and maybe a little garlic powder. It sounds like it will be delicious! I’d love to hear how it turns out!
@@UPNSMOKEAllAboutBBQ Thanks for your reply...it turned out great. I used salt and pepper, the glaze was perfect gave just that hint of Thanksgiving/fall turkey !!
Becky, thank you. Found it. Oklahoma Joe's "Blacksmith Hawg Lifter".
Becky, that is one heck of a spatula, would it be possible to pass who makes it and if it has noun name.
