I got hired for their first round back in November! Beware those who have full time jobs!!! There training is not flexible and it's during daytime hours

Hey! Congrats on getting hired. I actually talk about the training hours in this video because that was a common question. I talked to their HR, and they have some clients with trainings at night! It's a good thing you're already accepted to Vyne because that's how you'd see the training schedules. My advice is to check Vyne frequently for when they have those night trainings. 🤗

I will tell you that for Turbo tax specifically it was only mornings they offered which is a schedule conflict for me.

Hey, thanks for sharing this lead, Delilah! I'll be honest, as an introvert, I'm not too crazy about being on the phone or being on camera. BUT, the fact that you can choose your hours and you can work as few as 10 hours a week, could mean that I could schedule to work a doable amount of hours per week and per day to hopefully not burn out or get too anxious having to interact with people. Plus, hopefully the training and support that we'd get would help with overcoming possible issues and situations. I need to get myself a headset, but I think I'll give applying for this a shot, especially since they seem desperate for people to hire for this tax season! Also, I'd be banking on what you said about just being a little square on the screen and not a full-blown image lol
Hi K! You probably won't believe me, but I'm an introvert. I used to be on camera everyday when I tutored, and I was full screen! Something about being able to turn off my computer and not being in person made it easy to do after a while lol. So yes, I'd apply and see how it goes. They really do need a ton of people, and you could help folks during a difficult time of the year - tax season.. At least it's a difficult time for me LOL. 😅

No, I hear you, tax time is a difficult time indeed haha. See, I do like being able to help people, I just want to do so on my own terms, in a way that's not going to make me feel nervous/anxious, and in a way that I can try to avoid dealing with the more "difficult" people. I really don’t think these assessments & personality inventories are necessary to apply for a job. I’ve had far too many of these applications full of these things that take an hour or more to fill out & I never hear back anyways.
I did their assessment in 20 minutes and it was easy! I say in the video, put your customer service hat on, and you'll fly through the questions lol. Also, you control much of the application process with WS. After the assessment, tech scan, and pre-recorded interview (can finish in under an hour) you just wait for them to email you. They get back to you in 24 hours. They're not playing about getting 2,500 people!
On the job page it says $19/hr during peak times and $16/$17 hour during normal times my bottom line is $20/hr i was considering losing that extra $1 but upon reading its alot less id be going from making $25/hr cleaning houses to $16-1$17 during normal durations im not looking to spend all day working just to make an amount id usually make in a 5 hour cleaning 😪 this sounded good

I got hired, but what happened was that I didn't realize they had 2 weeks of training.. I could not do it due to only day time training. I was bummed because of it. I wish they offered a night time training. But great opportunity, thank you for sharing! 💞

I work for Working Solution and they have opportunities. The biggest problem is training is only offered during the day and can be for a couple to several weeks. No evening training.
Quick question, HOW DID YOU GET HIRED?? I applied for quick books and another one and got denied, should I make a new resume saying I worked for Amazon? My resume is perfect. Also when I would apply it would say “do you have a resume added?” Isn’t it already added at the begging when I signed up for working solutions? Question for you and anyone else who got hired for this position or has done this through Working Solutions before: Is it worth it? I'm finding myself wondering if this is worth all of the time, money, and effort upfront. I've already invested time and $ getting equipment and trying to get set for this position and clearly it's going to take more time doing the training (it looks like 54 hours of training across 2 weeks during the daytime) and we'll be getting just $100 stipend after the training and they say your first payment will have a one-time fee taken out of it. I'm just wondering if it's going to be worth all of this plus the waiting for the start of the paid portion between now and the job beginning in April if the job is only technically going to be two weeks long? Seems like a lot of effort in the beginning stages here when the job is only going to be for a really short period of time...

Vyne is their platform where you see the available opportunities. If you were doing the interview portion, then you likely were accepted to Vyne. Check your email for the invite email or do forgot password on their website, and you should get an email with your login credentials. Do they really not pay for training?
This is my question too? From the looks of it, they want you to start the onboarding process near the end of February, do the live 2-week training courses in March, and then you can begin "going live" working the hours that you choose starting in April. But... does that mean that the job itself is only from April 1st-15th and that's the only period of time that you get paid? Do you have to go through about a month of onboarding and training without being paid?
I sent my inquiry about this to the email that they provided for questions almost 4 hours ago and haven't gotten a response. I mean, I'm interested in the job, yes, but if we have to spend a longer period of time getting set to do the job than the actual period of time that the job lasts and don't get paid for it, well that could possibly be kind of an issue...

So, I did get offered the job!! I asked if the training is paid and was told (and it's also mentioned in the documents that you have to sign) that they'll give you $100 as an "education reimbursement" after you successfully complete the training. So, that IS something.
