This noodle pan is so popular in our house! The flavorful meat, juicy zucchini, and sweet corn make the perfect combination for a tasty and filling meal. We also like to make this recipe in spring/summer because it tastes great when it's lukewarm or cold, like a pasta salad. And as always, if you don't like meat, feel free to use an alternative such as vegetarian/vegan mince or soy mince 😃. Have fun cooking 👩‍🍳!
Recipe for 3-4 servings:
Heat some oil in a pan
400g minced meat
Black Pepper, Chili, Salt
300g courgettes
200g pasta (e.g. penne)
200g corn
Granulated Garlic, Basil
50g grated hard cheese e.g. Parmesan
