I am glad this is being highlighted because Mexicans are not the only ones crossing over. For nearly a decade a lot of African and Asian immigrants have crossed over.

Hence, they self-select. if they can somehow make it through to the US and find some stability through work, they’ll try & figure out how to help the rest of their family (it’s really no different than the Latin Americans who’ve been doing this for decades)
All that said, you mentioned Trojan horses? those absolutely exist; in the US, and many other western countries. and no, for this type of agents, the CCP does not need to make them go through these torturous routes. They just fly over on airliners, with a normal plane ticket, and visitor, student, or diplomatic visa.
If you want to learn more, do an internet search on “safeguard defenders”; they are an NGO that has done amazing investigative work to rat out the CCP’s army of foreign agents illegally harassing and racketeering all over the world. It’s jaw-dropping.

The idea is in my head, but I will admit if I was chinese, I'd wanna leave for the US too since our border is basically open and the current government is giving away free money. It’s because some Chinese on TikTok commercialized border crossing and they tell people on TikTok that if you enter US illegally and washing dishes for three months then you can buy a single family home in the US. Many of those illegal immigrants regretted after coming to US and went to China’s embassy to get travel documents back to China. While I agree, the fundamental problem isn't that migrants are crossing the borders, that's just the symptoms. The real problem is that doing so is not deemed and being treated illegally, but a legitimate way of entry as long as you have an excuse to seek "refuge", and that's what seems to be the message this government is sending to everyone everywhere. They are being received, and that's why they're coming. I'm all for the aid of TRUE asylum seekers and refugees that DESPERATELY need help, as long as they are properly vetted with background checks and meet the stringent criteria of being granted access into the country, AND granted that the country, city, and people have the necessary resources to help them. The problem is, that is not what seems to be the case, which is the reason that major cities are taking a huge toll in so many ways, such as resources and security.
My family came here legally from Kenya 🇰🇪. My dad was denied 3 times he was vetted and it’s disgusting how they can spit on the immigration process!

Family in other countries send them money.
People go into Walmart and will send like $3,000 to another country. A good majority of them have parents or something they are taking care of though.
The crazy part is they have to pay a toll with each cartel that smuggles them along the way.
@@User-rka_zykx76 Yeap and it's not a guaranteed toll either, the cartel will protect them but there's no guaranteed that once they arrive at the border will they be allow entry.
China isn't a third-world country anymore. At this point they're pretty mixed - the countryside is still very poor, the cities are more moderate and the biggest cities are every bit as expensive as any American city, actually more expensive than most American cities, so the people make more money to correspond to the cost of living. Chinese people also have a much higher rate of saving than Americans do, so they'll live a generally "poorer" lifestyle, buying fewer upgrades to their life in order to tuck more money away, since China doesn't have any sort of social security, Medicaid, pension or retirement, etc. In general their salaries are quite a bit lower than they would be in the US, but if they save for years or have family and friends that can loan them money, some are able to scrape it together.
And does China just let them leave like that? What is this, the 1980s? The communism of today is a lot different than it was back then. Yes, they're allowed to go on vacation. However, if the government knew what they were planning they wouldn't let them leave. I have a feeling it's not going to be too long before the government does clamp down on people traveling to that country/airport. However, they could get around that by just flying to any other country first and then buying tickets on to Ecuador. There are some people who aren't allowed to leave the country at all though, if you're on the government's radar for something like speaking out in support of human rights or being too involved in a religion, then yeah, they're not letting you leave the country. Some people realize they're getting close to that point and will decide to go on and flee before they get put on that "no exit" list. In those cases, they may sell everything they own in order to come up with the cash to get out (though that can be a red flag too.)

Actually it’s pretty sustainable. Most developed countries have Debts at or slightly greater than their GDP and the US’s debt, while massive, isn’t twice or even three times as high as its GDP which is when debt actually starts to become a problem.
About 75% of that is also owned by the US itself through selling securities to its citizens and various government programs and departments. The rest is spread amount foreign buyers and creditors.
Should we pay it off to get close to 20 trillion or lower? Yes probably, but that would require raising taxes while cutting spending on the military and social security, something most voters aren’t ready to actually consider.

I don't get it why go to Ecuador and then USA, why not just go to Singapore or Thailand? Both are closer to China, had way more freedom, and comfortable living than USA. Over here in USA if you don't have any relatives or kins that will sponsor you, you'll end up being homeless and jobless and probably will face deportation.

What I got from this is the Chinese official stating the US economy is growing. Our economy is doing very well. The dollar is strong, we have low unemployment, inflation was zero in Oct and is still low, our gdp is doing remarkably well. It’s a great country that attracts people. Our borders are not open but are very large so it’s nearly impossible to manage all that land. In addition, how do you stop people from flying here and then just overstaying their visas? We have a system in place to take in immigrants and refugees but it’s overwhelmed

They weren’t caught as blended in and I couldn’t tell either. So many places check for ID or social security so it’s hard to get government assistance for an illegal person.
