Yes. The folks in the US don't even remember what it was like to be here post WWII. This country was economically sound. Now, our people don't want to do heavy work, so they sent the manufacturing overseas. Money has been ripped away from the citizens who paid taxes here, and given to countries who don't help us. Meanwhile, many of us haven't recovered from the losses from the pandemic. Almost all of our allies supported their citizens during the lockdown...but ours didn't - we only got 2 checks. Many couldn't go to work due to the lockdown and we got no help from our government (which, by the way, is supposedly the richest country on the planet). That misstep is the reason why so many folks are on the streets because they didn't have the money to pay rent, so they are being evicted. Foreign investors are buying up all the housing here and turning it into rental property that we citizens can't afford because our jobs aren't there or don't pay nearly enough for survival.♥

The US Navy has a massive climate issue and that has trickled out to the issues it has today. Good ole boy chain of commands, clicks, it’s a high school environment where a high school environment isn’t warranted. Commanding Officers are constantly being relieved of duty due to “loss of confidence” 4 this year alone. They need to get their heads out of their butts and realize it’s a MILITARY branch, not a frat. The other issue is the way in which the navy promotes, exams promote the wrong people. You take people with little to no leadership experience and they go in the navy at 18, get promoted because of being a good test taker, not based on actual leadership, and it creates a toxic atmosphere with bad leadership. The other issue is the government, they have gutted the navy. For example in the pacific, the airforce, navy, and Marines went to Congress and requested back in 2015, for hardened facilities to house aircraft incase of artillery strikes, Congress denied it and gave themselves a raise that fiscal year. If China does a first strike and hits Japan, South Korea, Guam, a majority of US AirPower will be crippled before taking off the runways. Greed has crippled the navy. Cold hard facts.

The US Navy has a massive climate issue and that has trickled out to the issues it has today. Good ole boy chain of commands, clicks, it’s a high school environment where a high school environment isn’t warranted. Commanding Officers are constantly being relieved of duty due to “loss of confidence” 4 this year alone. They need to get their heads out of their butts and realize it’s a MILITARY branch, not a frat.
The other issue is the way in which the navy promotes, exams promote the wrong people. You take people with little to no leadership experience and they go in the navy at 18, get promoted because of being a good test taker, not based on actual leadership, and it creates a toxic atmosphere with bad leadership.
The other issue is the government, they have gutted the navy. For example in the pacific, the airforce, navy, and Marines went to Congress and requested back in 2015, for hardened facilities to house aircraft incase of artillery strikes, Congress denied it and gave themselves a raise that fiscal year. If China does a first strike and hits Japan, South Korea, Guam, a majority of US AirPower will be crippled before taking off the runways. Greed has crippled the navy. Cold hard facts.
Don't forget that China would be a province of Imperial Japan today, without the US liberating China during WW2.
