Something I learnt from Wayne Goss is that I apply my first layer of foundation, then I do my eyebrows, then go back to add a bit more foundation if needed.

I have a lot of texture on my face, and most of the primers I've tried don't smooth it out so my foundation looks extremely cakey. Any tips?
I probably should have mentioned that the texture is from acne. I'm sure that makes a big difference

glitt3rgir1 it's definitely expensive but the drunk elephant line (skin care) really works. The one with the pink lid completely cleared all my texture. It was all over my forehead and cheeks and it's gone now

its probably not that long considering youde probably be moisturizing your face while you did your eye make up.... hence, she already had hers done.
Try this technique in this order
1.moisturizer
2. Primer
3. Power (applied with a brush)
4. Setting spray ( let dry)
5. Foundation (applied with beauty blender)

I have to set my whole face, because my bronzer and blush always sticks to my foundation and looks patchy if I don't set it :/ I ALSO HAVE A QUESTION!!! no matter what foundation, concealer, or powder I use I CANNOT make my it stick to my nose AT ALL. it always just disappears and looks so weird and I don't know what to do. can you help me?? love you girllll

I’ve watched this video, your full coverage, contours do and don’ts along with the eyeshadow do and don’t, I cannot believe how good my face looked when combining the techniques to achieve the look I wanted! I’ve got horrible redness in the hollows of my cheeks and I used to over color correct but instead I just applied the foundation lightly and went back over the areas that needed it and voila! Flawless full coverage! Thank you thank you for posting these helpful tips and how to’s!

Girl if having oily skin makes you look younger I'm going to die looking young lmao... My skin is literally so oily I have tried so many things to bring it down and it's just all there .

That's so true! My brother and I are only 11 months apart. He has very oily skin, were I have always had very dry skin! Even as a teenager and he has no wrinkles! He looks 10 years younger than me and we're in our mid 40's!
Little tip, idk what face cleanser u use but do not, I repeat, DO NOT use a cleanser that says something like "use for oily skin" because those drying agencies in the cleanser will trigger something in ur face that activates more oils to be produced since those natural oils are being taken away with the cleanser.

I knew it. Primer is a must. I don't want to use primer because I don't use heavy make up. However, primer is actually good especially for those who sweats a lot and have bigger pores.
So after I took acutane my skin has cleared up but I still have some scarring. I don't know which products to get because I don't want to pick something that will clog my pores or become an off reaction for my sensitive skin due to the medication. Please help, Thank you 💕

Hi! I’m going through the same kind of thing. I cleared my skin up with the Clinique acne system and in conjunction I started using their dark spot stuff. It comes in a two tone bottle and, although it’s expensive, really did help and go a long way with little product. I’m not sure if it was that product specifically since I started the system and that at the same time. In addition, I started doing micro rolling. It essentially is a roller of needles and it creates small injuries on your face to increase healing and, I thought it sounded like crap lies, but it really did help.
I took Accutane 3 times and had scarring. I tried peels, fraxel etc. But the only thing that worked was dermapen. Just search dermapen or microneedling here on youtube ☺
