Hello Marcos, Yes you are right. Friends and family love you but no one will really understand except those who have gone through it. I'm glad to see you still fighting on and can I say there is something different in your demeanour that seems to be pointing to a bit of progress in getting your brain and health back. You seem more confident in your eventual recovery. In a way, as if you have faced the worst and are now coming out the other side. All the best to you and God bless. Kind regards, Joan, Scotland.
Congratulations on your one year mark! I’m almost 20 months off and I know how hard this journey is! I haven’t noticed a pattern of setbacks every 3 months. Waves are unpredictable. Mine come and go without warning. I do have more serious waves when it’s cloudy and rainy outside. I have noticed I’m sensitive to weather patterns. Hang in there!
Hello, Marco!! Here's what I learned working in those groups for a couple of years. #1 no two people are exactly the same, not everyone will experience a set back every 3 months, but many people do get waves and windows #2, you may be referring to seasonal affective disorder or SAD, that usually happens during the winter when people tend to stay indoors too much and don't get enough sunshine, fresh air, and exercise #3 wind can cause headaches, for me it's because I get tense, I think #4 ER nurses say that full moon affects a lot of people negatively, so yes. It's wonderful that you are thinking about the future. You come across as a positive thinker and a genuinely nice person. Best wishes going forward.
I've noticed a definite 3 month wave pattern. I have waves but every 3 months I get a gnarly one that usually pops a new symptom. My 15 month wave was stomach issues that I've never had before. I'll be glad when my body is done tripping out every 3 months.
Bendiciones!

Hi Marco. Thinking of you & wondering how you are doing. Have you felt any improvements since your last video in May? I think you’re abt 17 months off now? I’m 19 mos off Klonopin. Has your sleep got any better?
Benzo aftermath Hi! :) I’ve heard many people healed at 18-24 months off so I cling to that hope that we’re in the final home stretch! My biggest challenges are still insomnia & fatigue. Can’t sleep more than 2-3 hours at a time, you? An annoying sxs is eyes feel like they’re coated with Vaseline. Be well. I pray for everyone in BWS 💝

I’m coming up on a year myself. This is never going to end.
I was doing well for a couple months and now I just feel like I took a huge step back.
This Is Slammin sometimes that’s how I feel , but we have to remember that isn’t a linear recovery.
Cheers!
This is going to end...stay in the fight. Our healing journey is difficult and very long. It takes time but it will happen.
