  • With no running for 8 weeks now due to a stress fracture/reaction foot injury, what is my cross training routine and how does it stack up against my current Garmin watch race prediction for the marathon?     You really are committed to that S&C as well as swimming 🤯🤯, major creds and I'm sure you'll kick the next marathon from all this base training 🔥🔥

      Got to make sure I maintain a decent level of S&C once I return to running, but in a good routine for now… at least! And cheers, appreciate it 😊

    I think you are so patient about your training and thats the most important thing you can be Nick. Just take it easy you will get the chance and break the 3 hour barrier. Just be patient. Inga DK.
