Boundaries in Home Care (Cringy?)

Yikes! In non-medical Home Care, boundaries can be difficult to talk about, and nearly impossible to uphold. We want our staff to be friendly and kind, and to “take care of their clients like they would family”, but also remain professional! It’s always a balancing act, let’s talk about it!
