    Your story telling/cinematography is always so damn good. This was no exception. Looks amazing too

    I don't care what anyone says. This is the most enjoyable woodworking channel on TH-cam. Nothing inspires me more. Just wish there was more steady content. But it's free and I get so excited to watch a new video.

    You my friend put out some of the most amazing content on the internet. Your work is awesome, but your storytelling and cinematic creativity enhances your woodworking creations. I thoroughly enjoy your content.

    Wm, you should do some videos narrating some bedtime stories... Your soothing voice always seems to put my kids right to sleep... not a dig, but a compliment!

    Your work really opened my eyes to woodworking. Before, I figured everything was put together by screws and I noticed you never use any screws on projects, only strong well thought out joints. Looks awesome man.

    I so look forward to your videos. I love your projects and your narration. You are very fortunate to have those great Grizzly machines in your shop. I’ve been looking at them for my new shop because of past positive experiences with them at school. BTW...nice watch!

    The best decision you can make is to get a Sawstop table saw like Katz-Moses. Grizzly tools, the Harbor Freight of wood working.

    • @wmwalkerco
      @wmwalkerco  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      I would consider Delta to be the harbor freight of woodworking. The Grizz and Sawstop saws are made next to each other in the same factory. Plus the sawstop patent is up next year. Guess how many companies have saws ready to go as soon as the patent runs out.

    Do you ever have an issue with your circular saw drifting away from your track? I have the same kind of set up, and my saw wanders quite often.

    • @ScottWalshWoodworking
      @ScottWalshWoodworking 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      I'd probably check if the edge that you're referencing against the track on the base of the saw is parallel with the blade with a pair of calipers.

    • @wmwalkerco
      @wmwalkerco  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      I dont usually have any issues. I made mine by edge jointing the 1x the gluing it to the hardboard then used the circ saw to cut the hardboard riding the fence to make it perfectly aligned

  • @craigchingren-hamann9700
    @craigchingren-hamann9700 4 ปีที่แล้ว

    When you ordered your jointer and planer did you order it with the helical head or did you add that later? There's some school of thought that the aftermarket helical heads are much better than factory.

    • @wmwalkerco
      @wmwalkerco  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      So mine are technically "spiral head" not "helical head" helical head cutters have the inserts skewed to make a shearing cut. Spiral heads have the cutters in a helix pattern but the cutters are square to the work if that makes sense. I believe helical heads have the advantage but I've never had any issues with my spiral head tools. You are probably referring to Byrd or Shelix heads.
