Thanks for checking out this Livestream of Muddy Creek and joining me in observing the various visitors to the property.
These cameras are established in a suburban location on private property in Southern Ohio.
Presently, there are two cameras streaming at 1440p that I occasionally switch back and forth depending on the activity. One camera is focused on the feeders, and the other camera, is more ground oriented to capture ground foragers and other nocturnal visitors.

    WILDLIFE
There has been a lot of wildlife activity along the creek this season.
To date, I have observed Eastern Grey Squirrels, Chipmunks, Skunk, White Tailed Deer, Red Fox, Coyote, Possum, Groundhog, a large Rat Snake, and a Racoon along the banks of the creek and surrounding property.
Birds observed are typical southern Ohio species notably, Downy Woodpeckers, Nuthatches, Cowbirds, Cardinals, Finches, Wren, Sparrow, Blue Jays, Titmouse, Doves, and Starlings. If you are lucky you might catch a Great Blue Heron as he cruise's along the creek or perched on the logs in the background looking for a meal. A family of Mallard Ducks make an appearance every so often.
When Hawks and other raptors are around, the feeder is evacuated! You might be able to hear their warning cries off camera when this happens.
    Suburban Noise
Some people have asked about the noise pollution coming from the background. This is just suburban life.. Behind the creek there are soccer fields, an elementary school with playground, a church with outdoor sermons and associated hymnal music and a busy road used by emergency vehicles and commuters. I agree It gets pretty noisy at times. With microphone placement and filters I try to mitigate the noise best I can.
    BACKGROUND
I have had my bird feeders set up for many years, and avian visitors are accustomed to visit for a snack. Recently I cleared out some of the brush along the creek ( work in process) and moved a couple feeders to that location that were previously near the home. I am still consolidating feeders to this new location next to the creek and greenbelt area. The birds so far have not missed a beat in tracking down the feeders new location. I am hoping they will enjoy this area with a lot less human traffic than previous locations on the property.
I set up this camera primarily to document wildlife I have observed over the years. I would like to create a video log of the different visitors for my enjoyment. I treat this effort as both an learning opportunity to observe and enjoy wildlife. Also, as an exercise in teaching myself streaming and associated editing software skills. If there is public education and enjoyment to be had while observing Southern Ohio wildlife through these cameras even better!
    FUTURE
I am still experimenting with camera position and various settings such as height and framing. I am also moving some of my other feeders to be concentrated in one area to provide opportunities to see all the visitors to the feeding station. I suspect layout and feeders will change as I see what works the best with the equipment on hand.
    Thanks!
