Today I have another Pokemon Challenge vs MandJTV where If I Lose the Pokemon Nuzlocke, He Wins. In this Pokemon Nuzlocker vs Saboteur challenge my goal is to beat the first gym in a Pokemon Emerald Randomizer Nuzlocke while MandJTV is able to inflict a punishment every 10 minutes. If we did another one of these what would you suggest for future punishments Mikey can use?

This needs to be the beginning of a new series. You can switch back and forth who is playing the game and who is mr. evil boi. You could also do a double playthrough and give each other debuffs throughout. That would also be cool.

Next challenge!: make a community post and ask for dares and everytime one of your pokemon you do a dare! (Do it with mikey if his available) it would be more fun!

I would love to see a full playthrough of these rules, maybe with a new one (sabatoge) every 15min or maybe 20?
They could do a debuff per episode for example ep 1 - no items in battle, episode 2 no evolving during the episode ect

I literally just thought of that, especially because of the dates these videos were realeased
I’m traumatized by the Bulbasaur line.
I feel like Mikey and John could do this again, except they both play, trying to be the first to beat a Gym, and give each other debuffs. Mikey debuffs John (#1). On next Chrono Down, Mikey is debuffed with not only the debuff from #1, but also the next effect on the list. (#2)
Example: At #1, John cannot use items in battle. At #2, Mikey cannot use items in battle or use Super Effective moves. At #3, John cannot use Super Effective moves, and tosses all of one kind of his items. At #4, Mikey tosses all of one kind of his items, and passes up his next Wild Encounter. At #5, John passes up his next Wild Encounter, and cannot switch out alive ‘Mons in battle for the next two Trainers. At #6, Mikey cannot switch out alive ‘Mons in battle for the next two Trainers, and boxes one of his ‘Mons until one dies on John’s and his teams each. Etc.
I want to see this where John makes the punishment and Mikey tries to beat a gym
They set this challenge up because John loves doing nuzlockes and Mikey hates doing them, but Mikey is really smart.
That's why it's fun if they do it reverse

I'm watching this only for the first time now, but this is such a fun concept! I've seen a few videos where someone controlled the NPC's to try and stop someone; if you combine the concepts, I think that could be a fire video! Things like "throw the encounter" "sub in another person to fight the next 10 minutes" "switch one random pokemon from team of the player with one random pokemon from the next gym leader" "toss an item" "next route the encounter can not be this type" and so on, there's a lot of options to make this a hella lot of fun. Hope you read this!

I think you both should do this again!!! I recommend doing an entire playthrough challenge like this and make it a series!
I love this! Please continue this as a series. Maybe a gym per episode, a clean slate at the start of every episode (so no ducktape Truant for Vileplume at the start) and returning nerves (like the ducktape Truant, but for a different pokemon). Keep up the good work guys

I thoroughly enjoyed this, and I would actually like it if you kept going on with a Nuzlocke of Pokémon Emerald, although you should probably change the debuffs as the game goes, like getting rid of the kill a Pokémon one once he gets a reliable team of high level pokemon

No it wouldn't. Truant doesn't go off on a Pokémon's first turn in battle.
