Thank you for sharing your views on human life problems and ways to solve them and comprehend the truth, understanding what is the cause of human suffering and his inability to come into contact with the truth. With great respect.

Is "dirty mind" disliking reality (what happened or could happen)? I realized discontentment is disliking reality, and our ability to reason is hindered when we have this dirty mind.

      Yes, also.
I have learned that a “clean” mind is free from rejection, ignorance and desire. It is instead capable of acceptance and coordination with the heart and the rest of the body. Because of this, it does not put up barriers or limitations, - imagine them as if they were streets cut into your brain - as a "dirty" mind that constantly judges, separates and rejects does instead. Trapped in the past or projected into an imaginary future. You can read the Noble Octuple Path. It starts right with the Right View. It is very interesting. You can find the PDF on my site. I have it all archived there. ATB 🙏

@@tryingtogoalltheway thank you. I have been looking a lot at desire and aversion as the cause of disliking reality (unhappiness). I’ve seen that I need to eliminate attachment to any outcome if I’m going to be at peace.
I’m still looking into preferences (future) being a disturbance of peace. It seems that it might be best to remain present and move in whatever direction seems reasonable next. Then again, we’re always doing whatever seems reasonable according to the mind’s reasons (judgments). I’d love to hear your thoughts. 🙏
I’ll check out the PDF. Thanks for the recommendation.

@AlterAbility Given what you write, my recommendation - however small my experience may be - is: don't think, practice. Freedom is not achieved through acquired concepts. It's an experience. That means that good things come to you as a natural consequence of a well-cultivated practice. Root yourself, embody the message, cultivate virtues through your body, stay in the present challenge. Work now, and your future steps will not be wrong. There's no point in worrying. Trust. 🌱🫂
