Jack, You cracked me up when making a choice with what to wear on your 1st day reporting for work. Can related to that, as so many of us guys do. Good luck with your "New Adventure"!, while I continue to ride along and view. -Ed-
I am going thru each of the Adventures In Trucking videos, and as a former 'old school' driver, it's good to see someone (such as you, Jack) who brings quality and pride to the profession of trucking, and doing so without the foul-mouth trash we often see and hear. Jack is obviously a man of integrity; offering impeccable representation to not only Traveloko, but to the trucking industry in general. Cudos to you Jack, and to Traveloko ..... If I were still a driver, I think I would make a future with the Traveloko team. Keep up the good work that you're doing. Respectfully .... RD Bowling

R.I.P. Mike . Wishing you all the best in the future Jack on the new job. Will miss you out on the road ,but it will be interesting to see it from the inside. Watching as always from South east Ireland , with my American wife , merry Christmas Jack .
I'm sorry about your friend Jack. I just found your YourTube channel a few days ago and have watched and like a number of your videos. I'm sad to see you leave the captain's chair but am interested in your new adventures as well and have subscribed. Myself, I'm 55 and am just beginning to get into trucking. I spent 10 years in the military and I've been retired for the last 3 years after working a stressful and hazardous state job for 22 years. My love for trucking started with my dad and riding with him over the roads through the late 60's early 70's. Dad starting driving in the late 40's and I loved watching him drive; particularly the trucks with two gear shifts. It just amazed me and he'd look over from time to time and give me a wink and say we're building a fire in her now. From there he opened his own diesel and machining shop and that's where I worked with and for him until I joined the military. I just loved it and always dreamed that would be me one day. Well, family and children put that on hold; but now that my kids are grown, my wife secure in a rewarding career, we have decided that it's a good time to finally take action. I got my physical done, am studying and will take my CDL Learner's test next week and begin school in mid-January. I'll continue to watch your videos as I have other drivers too (4 counting you), but you have valuable lessons that I have also learned in my other journeys in life. I plan on taking you on my journey Jack and maybe we'll get to met one day. Much success to you sir. Just a note, there will not be a Trucker Mike Show.
Condolences to Gear Jammin Mike his family and friends. I have been a family man and local trucker in the Cincinnati Region for 2 decades. God bless Mikes family and friends.
Wish you the best of luck in your new job. I will miss your videos in trucking, i enjoy all of them. Never a dull moment in your videos. Looking forward to your new videos. God bless.
Good luck with the new adventure and sorry to hear about Mike. Those drivers are lucky they have a veteran trucker watching over them. It really makes a difference having a driver in there.
Sorry to hear about Mike passing away, he looked quite young. Best of luck with your new venture Jack, I'm sure you'll do great. Here's to the future, and more Adventures in Trucking. Drew, Scotland
You’re going to need one of those plastic mats under your chair or you’re going to destroy the carpet. They run about 30 bucks for large. Sitting here at a truck stop in South West Tennessee enjoying your videos, as it pours outside. Keep up the good work Jack. Again you were 1 of 5 inspirational people, That got me into trucking.
Going to miss your vids from the road. Looking forward to seeing trucking life from the other side. Have seen trucking from behind both the desk and wheel here in the uk, will be interesting to see how its done on your side of the pond. All the best for the future.
Good luck with your new adventures Jack love your channel and will never stop watching wondering how long it'll take before you get back in the truck and go back over the road it's hard to quit especially when somebody's been doing it as long as you have and loves it as much as you be safe my friend
Congratulations Jack. I'm sure this adventure will be exciting and I'm looking forward to learning more about the inner workings of Industry. Travelloco made a smart decision recruiting you. Going to miss the highway adventures with you.
I use to be a truck driver. It was completely disaster and now I really hate this job, but I like watching you because you are so positive. I'm sure you've made a right decision. Greetings from Poland. Good luck Jack!
I still remember that night I-20 at the 285 there was a wreck north and south of the interchange on 285. Bout 14 of us decided to crash the gate. State Troopers just waved as we flew by.
Miss your traveling videos but it's good to see you're doing good.. Enjoy your new endeavor, hope to see you and meet you one day.. Sad to hear about Mike, may he RIP 🙏🙏 God Bless Jack, stay safe
Well hope you like your new job. I was on the road for long time. So most of the US and Canada. I was then offered a position as dispatcher. Thought why not, home every night, weekends off. Well it lasted about 6 months. After seeing some of the biggest loads and best trips. I had to go back to trucking.
Good luck in your new position Jack, gonna miss your road footage, get videos of the other drivers rigs. Sorry to hear of the passing of your friend RIP.
Your videos were the only thing keeping me from going back on the road, I could always depend on your videos giving the OTR fix I needed, guess only thing to do now is go back OTR. YOU GOTTA TRUCK FOR ME JACK.? Good luck to you jack.
I am just beside myself here in Canada wondering what to do about where I am now to get my inspiration. I guess seeing a different side of trucking will be just as inspiring. Jack, you inspired me to get my own truck here in Canada. I am now operating as an owner under vastly different circumstances but since your not making road videos, I now feel the call to get my own set of camera's and carry the torch. Thanks Jack, I really appreciate your videos and the inspiration they provided. I look forward to your future endeavors and I hope you will one day tune in to mine. saintsioux

Hello Jack. I looked up where in Ga. traveloko is located. Calhoun Ga. A good friend of mine ,Jay , like me a retired driver lives in Resaka right next door to your new home. I went to work for Navajo Freight Lines the Blue Eyed Indian, running team out of Pico Rivera. My friend Jay followed shortly after and also went to work for Navajo. After about a year we were able to become a team there. We both got laid off when Navajo went through a change of operations and went all solo. Jay and I both then went to work driving for Ralphs Grocery Company, I'm sure you remember Ralphs in Ca. I stayed at Ralphs for the next 22 years. I am going to miss your driving video's but look forward to your next adventure. Neither one of us stayed in Ca. after retiring. Jay moved to Resaka Ga. and I moved to Mountain Home Arkansas.
