I love that Rick tries so many foods from so many places around the world. Wonderful cuisine is what I see! And, I love seeing all the places he goes in his videos!
I love this video! He's one of the best travel documentarist. As an italian, i feel a bit nostalgic of those times without financial crisis, when we were loving the true dolce Vita. In the last times, they have destroyed half of those industries...so sad
well, both are really nice I would love to explore more of them if given the chance...couldn't decide which is better but I had a good pasta with some rabbit meat in Montepulciano which makes it really memorable...but Volterra has a lot of interesting old structures, their square is very nice.
Frances Van Siclen I live in Cercola. Italy is great, but as the saying goes, wherever you are, there you are. There are Italians who would gladly switch places with you. There is 1/3 unemployment here! Beautiful landscape, but it can be difficult to adjust here. Red tape regarding residency, healthcare and getting a bank account can take a year or more. It took me 4 years to get my dual citizenship while living in me hometown of Chicago. Paradise doesn’t exist anywhere. but there’s always good people, good food and a decent place to lay your head at night if you have a little bit of money. Xoxoxoxo
I love your videos, Rick! They are not just well-made and professional, but you are providing information that often surpasses the glimpses that tourists could possibly have during the short time of their visit. Also, your music always fits the content.

One thing I have to say is that Steve's voice is very soothing. I saw many tour documentaries, but Rick Steve's is the best.

How is it possible that wherever you look in Italy there's so much beauty to see?
Wait till you see the women. Stunning. Not in a slutty way either. Women of all ages are beautiful, proud, confident.

Visiting Tuscany has been my dream for my whole life. Alas, it doesn't look like it will happen.
The reclining pose of these Etruscan images reminds me of figures by Michelangelo, many of them in that same relaxed pose. Interesting.
Good idea for learning english y to know Europe!!!

Nail a cheap airfare and just go. It's no more expensive than a trip in the US. Do your research online and you'll learn how to save money.
