Really nice video, I have to try the patches with my silver Function. One question, you got the Rene V1 here, is it really that bad? I mean the responsiveness of the touch plates? I have the O-Control for my modular as well, but I see the Rene 1 often for cheap on the used market here in Austria. Thanks and keep up the good work with your channel!
I can honestly say the Rene v1 is a great sequencer….. but the touch pads are crap on mine…. I need to like my finger tips to get them to trigger! I’ve seen people on YT you it like a keyboard, which I’m envious of! I’m missing out on 50% of its capabilities….. that is to jam out variations of sequences I set up with the knobs! Rene v2 however is perfect though…. Touch pads work as they should!
@@Stazma it could be the climate here in the U.K…. I’ve even tried moisturising my hands before using it, made no difference!🤷🏻 I just use it as a clocked sequencer mainly, I love the different snake modes to vary up the sequences…. I just wish the touchpads on mine were even a bit more responsive…. But I’ve the Rene v2 as well🤷🏻👍
@@neuzethmusic131 you’re very welcome…. Don’t be put off by my comments, Rene V1 is a great sequencer… if you can get it for a decent price grab it, who knows…. The touch pads may be okay for you…. If not, you’ve a great sequencer with both quantised and unquantised outputs and the ability to create scales…. Great logic functions…. Go for it👍
isn’t that wogglebug a source of modulation ?
Yes but it can’t be an envelope, I like having MANY envelopes
hey there stazma, i hope you are doing good
All good here thanks ;-) Hope you had fun with the video
