Dont worry guys there are plenty of servers that break TOS and they havnt gone down in a while. They also haven't and dont plan on following TOS atleast thats what i think seing how far along these servers are
how is this going to work with the vehicles cause they have trains and planes that don't have logos but look very similar to the manufactured ones , even some of their own cars are also questionable to their own TOS .....
the models rockstar's use are builed from the ground up and its not just big car brands it;s also the 3d models modders use to make these assets are normally from other Ip's and just ported to the game/fivem

@@LesterCrestIndustries this makes no sense, it's very simple don't use other companies IP's that you or rockstar don't have the right to I don't see that as a problem especially when you don't own these IP's, just make a asset without using real world branding thats all they were saying and also this not a new rule, its been around since the beging of Fivem 🤷♂
