Glad they make one for everyone. My miniMax is just perfect for the two of us: stores out of the way, uses little charcoal, gets up to temperature fast, snuffs and saves charcoal, great vent controls. It will do a whole chicken pr roast, naan bread, and with a small pizza stone, pizza or whatever. The accessories that get it past grilling are the heat deflector ( a Must-have), a 9” Lodge cast iron round griddle ( no handle) , small pizza stone, and a baby 2 litre Lodge cast iron dutch Oven. The legs are short so I sit it on three bricks to get it up a bit more. It cooks everything perfectly.
Didn't even watch the video. Long story short, the biggest you can afford and store. I bought a large green egg two years ago and i wish i'd bought a bigger one. Best thing since slice bread.
Hi Wilhelm, thanks for your opinion. Just to be clear, our prices are not high or low, they are the same as you will see on the Big Green Egg website. Like many products that appear cheaper at first, what you don't see is whether the manufacturer stands behind the product, the community you become a member of, and whether the product will last for years to come. You chose what was best for you and your budget, that's great!
@@wilhelmtaylor9863 BGE opened the door to New and Improved cookers, and also cheap knockoffs. They all work. You will have it for a Lifetime unless someone breaks it. So once you sort outmthe personality of whatever you bought, you are set forever. I bought a legacy ceramic cooker, the BGE MiniMax. Kamodo Joes look better on a spreadsheet, but I have no real reason to change, it just simply works, and works well. Competition makes good things happen, gotta love free enterprise.
Great video. Extremely helpful thank you for uploading

Super cool! Thanks for sharing your insights, Max
I’ve done two briskets on my large egg rack system. Large is all you need!
Thank you! This is so helpful!
Thanks for the video! Very useful information
Can you make ribs and briskets on the medium
Xxl we don’t know that many people Sir.
You said 3 chickens on the medium and 2 on the large.
LOL, thanks for pointing that out! That's 3 on the Large and 2 on the Medium.

none, so expensive with no innovation. There are better, cheaper alternatives...
