It's not hard, heat deflector, WOK Basket same he show cost me $3.50, Ash Basket $9.00..... you buy this from Outfitters you'll have spent so much,,,, you can't afford the RIBS, STEAKS, or Briskets!
It's awesome that you can make your own! Sure, we're in business to make a profit and so is Big Green Egg. However, for the vast majority of businesses, it is not ALL ABOUT THE MONEY. We're proud to provide a great local service. We hire many knowledgeable employees, support lots of local groups & schools, sponsor the local eggfest, volunteer our time and money for outdoor causes, etc. We value each and every customer, so if you don't have the time or inclination to build your own accessories, rest easy knowing we stock just about every one at our store!

Hi Doris, I've only used the ceramic plate setter so can't really comment on the difference.
Big Green Egg charcoal is not made by Big Green Egg... it's made by Royal Oak
