I’m open to suggestions. If I see some more traction on these Century III videos, then that helps to justify the drive out there even though I’m nowhere near monetization yet. Thought about expanding and focusing on malls, both healthy and failing.
I grew up in a nearby borough. I remember shopping and hanging out there and it's wild to see it like this. It will be interesting to see how the redevelopment proceeds. Thanks for sharing.
No problem. I was fortunate enough to have spent a lot of time in there in its final year of operation, but to see the decay in the last two years was insane. She held up fairly well until early 2022, declining fast after that as vandalism spiked and the roof continued to spring leaks. It’s really going to be strange seeing the mall without the parking deck. I’m glad to have the slag hill next to the mall as it provides an awesome vantage point.
Since my last visit, more parking lot light poles have been removed and taken offsite. There’s only a handful left around the building, not including the ones on top of the parking deck.
Anyone else old enough remember going to watch slag being dumped off the hill top, the fire looking like lava flows down the hillside?
TH-cam algorithm must be having a day
Must be. This video is taking off compared to the others.
It's definately the time to start a TH-cam channel. Because the lower your subscriber count the better.

Goodbye old friend 😢
Does West Mifflin own the mall now? I'm assuming yes but not sure.
Nope. Moonbeam still owns it. They would've lost ownership had demolition not started, though.
Looks like they have done nothing !
