So we have "Hold your head up... Kathy Griffin." Then there is the line about Gabby Giffords. She was an Arizona politician that was shot in the head near Tucson by a deranged man trying to assassinate her as part of a mass shooting due to her stance on gun control. She recovered, and made an appearance on the House floor of Congress and at Obama's SOTU, but had to resign most of her remaining term because of the mental strain it took on her due to her brain injury. Hence his line about "This is how I shot ahead (a head)... Gabby Giffords."
There are a lot of good reasons why Eminem is a goat but I'm going to tell you that the biggest one is just the way he can flow and what he knows how to do but on top of that when you come at him you can't hurt him you know why because he doesn't have anything in the closet cuz he cleaned out his closet he doesn't have anything that secret he tells us everything shows us everything and doesn't hide from a damn thing and all these other people do and he knows what they hide from and he'll rip them apart with it
