A few bars not sure if you got:
"Never catch me with a thought"/"Never catch me with a thot" = Em was filming a music video at a hotel where it seemed had a young girl with him that others mistook for him getting it.
"Hold your head up" = Comedian Kathy Griffin who was photographed on a magazine cover with what was supposed to be a severed Trump head and received massive backlash.
"How I shot ahead"/"How I shot a head" = Gabby Gifford was a politician who got shot in the head, but is still alive today.
The shadow in the video is his "Shady" personality coming back for him.You definitely need to rewind 5-10 seconds after each time you pause to make sure you catch what you can otherwise you will miss stuff.

This came out just before he released Venom, so people might thing it is Shady he is running from, but Shady is his shadow, who even flips the bird at a point on the stairs :P That black mass is Venom. It is an Easter egg and hint
We all have our opinions but I completely disagree with you as Eminem even said it at end of the first verse: "You wanted Shady, you got him!" The video is him avoiding being what he used to be "Slim Shady" but with how everyone has been trashing him in media both journalistic and social so now he's going back to that guy. Him jumping out of the window at the end after merging with his shadow (or being took over) is homage to "The Way I Am". And it was never a "black mass", it was a shadow all along and what creates shadows......shade (Shady).
