This is one of Eminem’s greatest songs. Besides the dope hook, every single bar he spits has a double and even triple meanings.

Im not an eminem fan, but I have listened to all his albums. I loved The Marshall Mathers lp 2 but I found revival to just be, at worst, generic. There was maybe.one song I liked, but didn 't love. but then I felt he was back on form with kamakaze.
Basically he had a trash album period. Who makes a song beyonce and it still was trash c'mon son lol. He basically ran out of content, he cant kill kim anymore he can say fuck his moms, so when when he drop his trash on our ears we killed him and he had content again

I recommend "Not Alike", of all the tracks on that record, he goes the hardest on that one. Not only does he go hard on that track, but he does it in like 6 different flows in one verse. Best track on the album, in my opinion.
Also, if youre feelin a little nostalgic for older school em, you may enjoy "stepping stones", he brings back some classic flow in his voice for that track.
Sushi if you like 2019 Eminem I recommend rainy days it’s a fire song!! Also glad to see you back I’m really enjoying your reactions.

“Rabbit Run” off the 8 mile soundtrack is 3 minutes of Em, no chorus, just bars.
Such a good and never talked about song. I loved bars in that song. Not super complex (which I also love) but it seemed like every word fulfilled a purposed

Honestly it would be dope for you to do a full album reaction on “Revival” and see if people are justified for calling it trash, I think it’s a classic, it’s got a lot of introspective meaningful songs on it and a few playful ones just to keep it from being too deep for people. Some may call the execution “corny” but I think he nailed it

Everyone has things they like or don't like. When it comes to music, fans are attracted to a certain sound and when that artist chooses to change that sound that originally brought them to that artist they don't always receive it well.
Eminem is always playing with his sound and his topics. He raps about things happening around him at that time and like any person he has gone through many personal stages in life. It's only normal that his music would reflect that.
I've been an avid Eminem fan since his first album and of course there are albums I listen to more than others but I can still appreciate the others. Kudos to you for branching out of your comfort zone, and welcome to the Stan fam.

He steps on Revival his last CD at the end, the next music video that came out was Venom where the crushed CD is back. Venom also has a really cool video on the Empire State Building that he did with Jimmy Kimmel and Google pixel 3 where the whole top of the building is lit up and he preforms all over the place in. You might want to check out both of those.

I'm not sure if you'll read this or not but most people don't pay attention to details in videos but if you look you'll see that the ending of this video where he steps on the revival CD case actually transitions right into the next video for his song venom. You should watch them back to back and you'll definitely see what I'm talking about. Love your videos by the way, I'm a huge fan of Em and have been for a really long time so seeing others react and get enjoyment from seeing how talented he really is always puts me in a great mood.
