      Alex,
      Right side lying, left knee shifted and lifted, right knee adducting … wow, did I hear and feel a couple crunchies from that right multifidus complex. Mine has decided its job in life is to be so tight it can double as a medical girdle. 😂 It’s an interesting sensation to get a bit of mobility in an immobile muscle.
      And the standing work definitely hit those glute meds. 10 reps in and they were chattering at me, maybe a light cuss word or two. (It’s the closed chain hip CARs sibling.)
