I have a 17 year old Simmons pocketed coil mattress that got impressions, added a 3 inch memory foam pad from Amazon and man do I love it again. I'm sleeping so well.

I have tried all dreamclouds at a local store. They seams offer great value and I almost got one. But as soon as I laid on a tempur-pedic, I fall in love with it immediately for the unmatchable pressure reliving and supportive. If you have back pain like me you have to go to a store to try out rather than reading gimmicks.

Hey Everyone update, after 2 months I dont like the dream cloud anymore. I bought the Avocado green, way more expensive but its got latex. My recommendation is find a latex bed under 1200 and youll be happy

They actually tell u to allow 24 to 72 hrs for the mattress to fully axpand before you use it. Im guessing she started using it immediately
Seems those who don't like this mattress, are either overweight, or have some preexisting condition.
Mine just arrived and it's most comfortable, in really any sleeping position. I'm 6', 195, and I float on it like floating on a cloud.
It expanded beautifully, it's nice and even everywhere, it's a little weak around the edges, but who sleeps there?
I simply can't imagine that after a few months, this mattress will start sagging, and I'll want to return it. If that were the case, Dream Cloud would go out of business very fast.

Try doing a Macy’s mattress. I had good luck buying it at Macy’s. I have a Sealy that is over twenty years old. It’s a coil spring mattress.
what about the hardness of the wire will it hold its height for a long time?
We just got the Dream Cloud premiere and it's INCREDIBLE! We love it and no more back pain. I highly recommend it. We are side sleepers.

@@saint_snow Sure they could. It all depends on what the makers did when putting the mattress together. As pointed out in the video they likely rushed the process and applied too much glue and then didn't give it time to cure. If they had given it the proper length of time to cure it's likely the mattress would have been fine.
@@nanoflower1another reason is the customer didnt open the box immediately. once u receive it u gotta open it n let it inflate. if u keep it in the box for too long n then open it then this can happen.

I love my DreamCloud actually. Idk if the uneven top is typical. But mine was fresh and in great condition when it got here. After it filled out of course. I got mine for $665.00 on sale and its by far the best matress I've ever had.

50% flash sale, we did too. Love the comfort, but edge support is lacking. Do not feel it's very well made. Knit covering is loosely fitted. Sending it back.
I Like your exsperience. Its 12/22/23 and mine is on its Way 😂? My GHOSTBED died after almost 4 years. Its sagging in the middle and im only 188lbs😔

We had an issue with our Dream Cloud Premiere Rest and their customer service was top notch and sent a replacement.
Did DreamCloud send you to write that, or?
@@eurekaelephant2714 ? No, we had shipping issues with our bed and bed frame from them and their customer service helped us fix the issue with no problem. Figured i would let people know.
Getting ready to order the Premier Rest soon. Do you mind saying what your issue was?
@@thornelogan Our Mattress didnt seem to fully inflate so after talking with customer service they texted me and i sent them picttures and they replaced it. Very easy process. Btw, its been a few weeks and my wife and I absolutely love it. We got the King. One thing i would advise is to open the matress as soon as possible to give it time to fully expland. Good luck!

I thought Dream Cloud had a lifetime warrenty. Why didn't they replace it?
They might have just given a refund and told her to keep it.
The warranty usually doesn’t kick in unless the dips are AT LEAST 1.5 inches, which (of course) takes a while to happen. All while you suffer in pain….
I'm sure they have a 365 day sleep trail and can return for full refund well it is in the UK what's more they actually make the product here in the UK not from UAE like USA
How would you say the build quality is if it did not have these issues.
One more comment, after 2 weeks of decompressing I observed the same problem as on your video, each side of the bed is lower than the middle section. It means your feet and your head is below your hips. I hope it will rectify itself before I change my mind.

Are the coils in these beds reusable are you able to rebuild these beds?
There are companies that do rebuild mattresses by stripping a mattress and just using the springs and any other component that may still be ok and sell at a very big discount but those beds must be identified as a “rebuilt mattress” We don’t. We use all new materials in our beds.

I bought a dreamcloud and returned it, it sagged in the middle, i would sleep on the left and end up rolling into the middle.
It looks to me that too much glue was used between the foam layers. Then the mattress is compacted and rolled and boxed and the foam layers stick together creating uneven areas.
I agree , looks like they used too much glue and did not let it dry properly before packing it up

Actually, the phrase is "jury-rigging" ... I just learned that recently. I had it wrong my whole life until recently! Crazy, right? LOL!
After sleeping for over a month, I noticed that one side of the mattress is lower than the other by a good inch. I guess it was stored rolled in for a long time and the inside part that was squeezed in the most, will never regain its proper height. Too bad, but I guess good there is a refund available just in case.

Six months is well within their free return period, and while I've been reading some bad reviews (mostly from Reddit) about DreamCloud, one thing that seems unanimous is that their return policy is pretty legit. Your customer donated an $800-$1000+ mattress for a video?
That's why people always have problems with getting sheets to fit, because of going off what the advertising says.

Sure, that seems to be what it was. The question is how common is that defect. Do they typically try to rush the process or do they usually give the mattress a few hours to dry out after applying the glue.

Yes, that clip was actually a shot at the inside of the mattress. It was the glue stain.
what's the point of the coils when it comes to that hard ef firmness, they hardly moved. Seems like a wasted effort.

Great Question! I asked her the same thing. According to the customer. Dream Cloud offered her some money back and a topper for to keep the mattress, instead of a full refund.

I’ve been sleeping on the Dreamcloud Premiere for the past two weeks. Two things I observed, 1. The top European layer is a stitched white foam that forms bulges on the surface, it feels like sleeping on the cobblestone street of Europe.. 😂, they really need to do something, it’s very uncomfortable, this is the first thing I notice when i wake up in the morning, I will give it another 2 weeks, maybe I will get used to it, but definitely now I’m very aware of it, which makes it that much harder to forget. I wish the surface was flat. 2. A minor thing, the side of the mattress is covered with the navy blue material which looks great, expensive and luxurious on the web but in fact, when you touch it, it feels cheap and tiny. I’m afraid that in time it will develop runs like on pantyhose. I wish it was a solid material that would last long.
Don't suffer 1 more night! Send it back!!! You deserve good sleep!!!!

TLDR: Do not buy this mattress or any of their subsidiaries to be honest. This includes, Nectar and Awara.
I never ever buyy stuff from Nectar and dreamcloud (same company) again their bed is horrible! and does not honor their warranty!

If this lady had the mattress for a couple of weeks why does the middle edge already show signs of smashed springs and foam.
Just purchased a DreamCloud mattress and have been sleeping on it for a couple of weeks. I'm having the same issue as the lady that owned the one you dissected. I like to sleep on the edge of the bed and I can tell that there is a drop down from the middle of the bed. I also don't care for the top cover with all of the dimples. It is not very comfortable. I prefer a flat surface.
Same experience. I have numerous back issues and I consistently wake up with pain. I should have done more research. I should have known better with how heavily they advertise. I will never buy another mattress without trying it out first.
