If you compare Sonny Forelli to Salvatore Leone, Sonny can be charming at first glance, but has a short fuse when things don't go his way, which is his fatal flaw. Salvatore is charismatic, calm, and a calculated mob boss and that was during San Andreas, but that casino heist turned him paranoid. Salvatore's paranoia not only results him making bad decisions, and his inability to trust anyone around him ultimately kills him just what Professional said on his Salvatore lore video.

So, Professional, when you take over Diaz's mansion, can you somehow get like over a few million dollars not the cheap 10 grand over something? It's pretty realistic for Tommy to be that rich as the story progresses.
I think it fits for Tommy to have like over 400,000 dollars at the end. Because if he had a couple of millions why didn’t he pay off Sonny and prevent the bloodshed? This way, the Forellis recognise Tommy’s competence and loyalty, and don’t try to kill him. The counterfeit scheme was something that Tommy naively believed could saved him, and because Sonny caught onto that and felt that Tommy was disloyal, despite of Sonny’s early betrayal, declared war against his gang.
@@justsomeguy747 But why would Tommy pay back Sonny if he has like a few million dollars? He was suspicious of Sonny from the start. So, when he overthrows Diaz, that's when he decided to forget about Sonny and build a criminal empire.
