Rather than concentrating on the looks of the concepts, I think Honda is on the right track in their stated core principles. The trend these days is to go big with these giant cars for long range and massive batteries. It's refreshing to hear Honda is taking a different approach.
I suppose it gives the impression that they are thinking about the future, but claiming great new models arriving in just a few years sounds like Toyota's hydrogen claims eight years ago. Honda had best start learning about batteries and source some if it wants to survive.
Those types of concepts are going to be the future of electric. The only way you’re making the masses switch to an EV vehicle world, is if you make it look super cool and futuristic, it has to be different. I think these concepts use new technology in lighting and design , that over time people will become accustomed to seeing and will be the new norm
Those concepts look horrific. Ev's wont become the norm for a long time if any time for that matter. Oil is to big of an industry to kill with some dumb alternative like EV. Guess what? Most of the electricity to charge these cars comes from coal. If anything we should find alternatives to coal plants! and keep ICE's I am sure these ev's from honda will pile up at dealership lots like the others.
These cars look so so ugly. No one besides maybe back to the future and star trek fans would buy. Maybe a nice looking car and incorporate the new tech. But make it look nice. Geez.
I hope they keep physical buttons for HVAC and steering wheel. The last thing I want to see is Honda adopting the capacitive crap and baking everything into the infotainment

It's insane how big cars are getting. This "Saloon" reminds me of a Lamborghini Countach in the front with the design elements but the body bastardizes them and makes it a minivan/SUV size/proprtions wise. This has NOTHING to do with a saloon car, a sedan.

Not bad. Hyundai is the one needing to change their logo. It looks cheesy and reminds me of their old non quality brand. Something a little cleaner would go along way. I thought the same for Kia and they did it and it is so much better.
I like it. It doesn't stray too far from the current logo, has some historical background, and still looks clean and futuristic at the same time.
What Honda needs to do is bring back the naturally aspirated screaming iVTEC back.
