- This is the Lancia Pu-Ra HPE, a concept car by Lancia that shows you a glimpse of the future of cars. This ultra-futuristic, self-driving concept car has enormous displays, augmented reality and an incredible interior. The HPE is the first Lancia we've had on Supercar Blondie, and today Alex will show you what makes this car so special.

Back in the eighties, some friends had a Beta HPE. It was gorgeous. I used to marshal the Lombard RAC Rally when Group B existed and fondly remember the Delta S4's. This is one brand that deserves to be brought back to the world.
I was an HPE owner and had two Deltas - I miss the madness - but I don't miss the electrical failures of the HPE and the ahem, rust issues.
So lucky u were alive back then I need myself a lancia from the 80s or 90s.
Hit $200k today made me realize the essential thing that everyone should be thinking about right now is investing in non-government sources of income. Especially in light of the current global economic crisis. It is still a wonderful moment to invest in gold, silver, digital money, and stocks.

That is BEYOND beautiful. I'm practically drowning in drool. There is so much thought and beauty in its design, pure Italian design. Absolutely gorgeous. Know what I'd love from Lancia next? A reimagining of the concept Stratos Zero, using modern design techniques, materials and quality. I first saw the Stratos Zero in Moonwalker, and fell in love.

Lancia è stata una casa automobilistica davvero eccezionale, distintasi sempre per innovazione, tecnologia, eleganza ed esclusività. Vanta nel suo palmares decine di trionfi in varie categorie. E fino ai primi anni 90 era certamente tra le migliori case automobilistiche d'Europa se non del mondo. Nei sui migliori anni non aveva nulla da invidiare a Ferrari, Maserati, Lamborghini, Rolls, Porsche. Anzi, in occasione, quando c'è stata la possibilità di avere un confronto diretto, nei diversi ambiti (competizioni, vendite, paragoni su stile e materiali), Lancia ne usciva sovente vincitrice. Peccato che i vertici aziendali (Fiat), nei primai anni 90, abbiano deciso di sacrificarla per salvare Alfa Romeo. Decisione nefasta...per tutta l'azienda e il comparto auto italiano.

Concept vehicles are cool looking. I dont know why they never release them. We always have to look at the same boring conservative cars.
@@RAMIRO0 oftentimes, they create ideas on concept vehicles that look beautiful, and function absolutely perfectly, but in a one off prototype it's great, but in mass production, it's too costly to implement those ideas. I reckon a version of this beautiful car will be released, but a lot of ideas won't feature. Shame

I had a Lancia HPE 2.0 (Series 2). It had chrome mirrors mounted on the doors, stainless steel chromed bumpers and Cromodora alloy wheels. It had that same wraparound rear seats that continued into the sides, just like this concept and of course, the rear blinds/slats. It was my very first car in 1982….it was a babe magnet! It was a 1978 with only 4k miles on the clock. The owner had had a heart attack and then a stroke so it had been laid up for nearly 3 and a half years. Everyone loved that car. My friends used to call it “the jet”. I put 178k miles in 3 years on it and never had a day’s trouble…so much for unreliability! I’d love to get my hands on this new HPE.
There is a lot of design cues exterior from past Lancias,even the boat shape nose from some of the wild creations of the 30s.
The curved rear seat surrounds remind me of my Beta Hpe '77.
Good to see something different and stylish rather than the same old me too Suv's.
If Stellantis can put this into production they could bring Lancia back from the dead but they have to do it properly.
First and foremost it must be a drivers car like every great Lancia and not a gimmick platform.
One of few concepts that I actually think has some great ideas and would love to see on the road. It looks so comfortable inside as well.

Supercar blondie.... you guys made me fall in love with futuristic cars I mean cars in general...
Okay, now this is freaking gorgeous. I mean, you can really tell it is very concept in its style, but it would be awesome if they actually took it to market like this. Especially with the front headlights like that actually floating as part of the bonnet. The internal style is also so sexy. It also takes something from Alyssium in its minimalism, but still having function components like the middle armrest area buttons. The interface has that same effect as well of being very touchscreen minimalist, but also very futuristic and having an alternative style in contrast with the usually Apple style interfaces.😲🤩❤️👌🏼 We need this to become a reality for the consumers. If not in this car, then at least some others out there that can be affordable.
