Futuristic EVs revealed in Tokyo | Nissan Hyper

- We've got some really exciting concept cars to share with you guys today! The team have flown to Japan to show you guys three brand new concepts from the team at Nissan.
We also caught up with Nissan's Head Of Design Alfonso to talk us through these magnificent cars.
First up we've got the Hyper Force, an electric sports car with a massive 1,341bhp. Sergi then takes us through the Hyper Tourer, a futuristic minivan that has a light-up floor and levitating chairs inside. Finally Alex shows us the Hyper Punk, an origami-inspired EV that has onboard cameras that capture scenery around the car and converts it to manga using AI.
We had a lot of fun filming these at the Tokyo Motor Show, let us know which of these vehicles is your favourite and you want to see hit the road first!

As a clothing designer I absolutely love concept cars, it’s like avant garde for the automotive designers 🥰
really? I think they are ugly. They look like someone let a designer from the sovjet union lose on drugs. Yak, they loog as ugly as the concrete slabs they call art in Eastern Europe and Russia.
The difference between clothing designs and cars is, the concept turns into an ugly duck lame car once put into production. One exception though : The Cybertruck.
@@user-cn4vc9sy4r Yea I know what you mean, I can understand they have to make some changes for production but at least let the production model keep some of the looks and features of the concept. If they were able to take concepts and produce them exactly like they looked at auto shows car companies would sell so much more cars.
Very cool concepts! Anybody can just add colorful flashing lights, but they've really pushed the ideas of positive/negative space and geometry as well. Reminds me so much of one of my favorite designers Issey Miyake!😊
The geometry is pretty comical as well they look like a broken CNC machines lol

Love that these are so different from the norm. Cars have looked so similar now for like 40 years.
What's more, is that nowadays self-driving cars looks so generic, and it may strike visually at one point, but it won't stand out as much as these do.

the first car looks more like an anime car made in Tokyo for Tokyo Ghouls

These concepts are just getting better and better I cant wait to give one of the concepts a try especially the the Nissan with the polygon shape

Germany's Autobahnstraussen magazine recently released details on the Hyper Force and Nissan's plan's to start limited production in 2053. It will have a single charge range of 1700 km and a top speed of 450 kph. It will be fueled by a 9.2L hybrid engine running off of Nitrous Oxide and Bio Gas(driver supplied gas which is funneled through fuel line from driver's buttocks). The first 70,000 to be produced already have reservations.

it's so lovely to see billions dollars company like Nissan still making concept cars just for the the fun of doing something new, different but most important Fun. I loved it thanx Blondie.
The truth is that Nissan is actually on the verge of bankruptcy, they are trying really hard to push their concept cars to generate interest back into their product line because people don't want to buy Nissan anymore. They have had failed transmissions since forever and Infiniti is a great example of what not to get. As much as I would rather root for them, they've been releasing pretty poor reliable cars. Honda on the other hand, now most of their cars you can buy with confidence, but you still have to be careful and make sure certain year models aren't duds. I'd love to see Nisan strive but they need to bring back reliability that people can trust and rebuild that image. Nice concepts won't change that unfortunately.

The interior of Hyper Force (future GTR) look like something from a Predator's alien spaceship control panels.
The overall exterior is like design inspiration from Pikes Peak hill competition race cars.

Concept is just like a fashion show with crazy concept cloth that you never gonna wear anywhere else 😂 a place where designer become wild with their creation…(and for marketing headline of course) BUT…the core element will be forwarded to the next generation real production car….so the R36 will having active aero features I guess 🤷🏻 and still retaining the boxy design but with better drag coefficient somehow
I thought that red rubix cube logo was the GT-R. Clearly that's a concept for the next generation of the Nissan GT-R.

I got goosebumps when he said it was an electric version of GTR because I immediately noticed it looked like GTR on front with that white and red logo.. I was right. I'm a big fan of GTR. In fact, my very first RC car was a GTR. wehehehehe
