You are so right; change is challenging. The end of my first practicum hit me so hard. I developed such a deep love for my students. On that final day when I came home I just fell to the floor and bawled. I am blessed though because my placement is on site of my university so I still get to see my kids all the time. The emotional attachment teachers feel is very real.

Yes!! This is so true. It’s taken a lot of time for me to lose my attachment to jobs I’ve left! LOL
