Samsung is a smart watch. Garmin is an exercise tool. I have had both Galaxy Watch 4 and Apple Watch 5, 7. I like the idea of smart watches but in reality I stop using the features after a week and get annoyed with charging.
Thanks for sharing. I got both galaxy watch ultra and fenix 8. I prefer wearing the fenix 8 more. Galaxy watch ultra is very good as extension of the phone, but if you're serious about fitness/health monitors, Garmin is the way to go.
Ich besitze auch beide Uhren. Kann mich aber leider nicht zwischen ihnen entscheiden. Ich hätte gerne die Samsung Ultra mit der Batterielaufzeit der Fenix....
Garmin watches are built like tanks i have a garmin tactix delta ive been wearing 24/7 for 3 years it gets banged and bumped on a daily still looks and works fantastic and get at least a weeks worth of battery
Night mode isn't about the watch not using lots of energy. It's so that looking at the watch in this mode, doesn't interfere with your own eyes nightvision. Rods and cones etc
I am interested in the Garmin but the lack of 3rd party support and price is what's holding me back. I had a Samsung watch 5 a while ago and I really liked it especially because of the Samsung ecosystem.
Did Garmin fix the burn in problem? I have a Venu 2, after running a Fenix like watch face, I have horrible screen burn-in which is why I wear the Garmin for running workouts only and daily the Samsung Ultra. Samsung fixed their screen burn in after the watch 4 (we are now on gen 7).
What every review leaves out is Garmins ruggedness. I've owned samsung watches and Garmin Fenix watches. Garmin will definitely stand up to daily wear and tear better.
@@LuisOrtiz-nc3cvI've been using Garmin for years and I switched to the Samsung Galaxy Ultra. Couldn't be happier. Garmin needs to catch up. The only thing slightly better on the Garmin is the GPS accuracy but that only amounts to a 1 second difference on my usual 10k route. Battery isn't an issue - I simply put it on the charger after running while in the shower. Works like a charm. All the software, the speed with which it reacts, the speed of file transfer - is way above Garmin.
It's like comparing Mercedes G wagon with City SUV . If Samsung wanted to make an "ultra" sports watch, they could at least allow the connection of a chest strap. Which is a big "STOP" for many customers. Unfortunately, this is only an "ultra" toy with an outdoor design.
The fenix 8 is not the same watch as the epix. Sure, they share a lot of features but the fenix 8 is definitelly a step above it (speaker, voice assistant, multi-band GPS, etc...)

@@brami4112 with wearOS, we can not get the samsung like that 😅
the orange night mode is about eyes work at night not about saving energy
Great content. The galaxy watch ultra is brilliant.
Thank you! ☺️
Garmin just needs 2 things , cellular connection and accept amex for NFC payments

Thank you for actually making and doing the voice for your videos. These other AI videos are junk.
It's the way I've always done, and will continue to do my videos. Otherwise it just doesn't feel like it's me creating something. Thanks for watching!

Comparing the glaxy ultra to the fenix 8 is an insult to garmin. The galaxy watch is a gimmick watch.

I think amazfit t rex 3 may be the best option value for money.
Hi, nice video. Which size of garmin is it?
Hey! Thank you. It's the 47mm AMOLED version.

Samsung has more data via body composition and better sleep tracking.

Samsung is a nice smart watch with good sport and health tracking and Garmin are really sort watch with poor smart features.
Garmin works with Android as well, end of the video.
You cannot compare..2 totally different devices.
Garmin all day here. Garmin is for people who prioritize fitness. If not don’t do that, you won’t like the watch.
People who actually Prioritize sport use chest strap
@@mightnmagic3095 which you can’t use on wear OS.
