It is Not a Vulcan! I see a vacuum advanced distributor, and plug wires in the front of this engine. Vulcans have their distributor/camshaft synchronizer in the back.
I just got a Vulcan 3.0 V6 and I want to do some bolt ins but can’t seem to find headers for them only thing I can think of right now is CAI and exhaust work
Good day I had the engine completely redone with mild cam. Not sure what vehicle it came out of. But it is the upgraded/uprated version (it has rocker shafts like the 3.4)

Clint V6 what’s the standard jet sizes and all the other tuning bits on the carb as setting up an Essex v6 with race heads rally cam and high lift rockers and using 390 double pumper

They used the Vulcan in Rangers as well. My wife had one in her Mazda B 3000 truck, and I owned Vulcans in a Taurus and a Probe. Whipple even made a bolt on roots style supercharger kit for the Vulcan in the Ranger way back in the day.

Yeah I think you right, theres some videos of some nasty cammed Vulcans one is in a ranger an the other is in a Ford turas or how ever you spell it they sound good tho

No it's not the Vulcan V6 from the Ranger, it's a British Essex V6

No that's a different engine, this engine is an Essex V6, in the Ranger they used the Vulcan V6.
