Good stuff. I'm surprised people steal this stuff. I live in a smallish inner city, 50 K residents and some bozo stole my carb. What do they do with something like that? I'm working on the principle of what you're doing, but honestly, does not seem like enough of a hurdle. Many folks simple use a lock and chain. Seems a better system is needed. I'm not sure putting your secret locking devise on TH-cam is a good idea - no longer secret.
Just fabbed up something similar for my 66 coupe 👍🏻 thank you!
Love that car, man. I would be in that thing every day the sun shines. Can't wait for the resurrection of it!
Fred Hunter I can’t believe to this day that I parked it!!

Great idea but it's like reinventing the Wheel I went to Junk yard and found after 1975 they have a pull wire found in side good luck
Hey, scrap metal meets ingenuity here.
65 didn’t come with a pull cable 🤷♂️
Will it work on a ford maverick?
Great idea!!!!... because people can be assholes... i hate coming out of somewhere and my hood has been opened, and wasn't closed all the way
