I just tapped on that bolt part on plastic fan just like you did and it cracked thru the other end? How?

Careful, that's plastic! You should be a little more gentle if that's a customers car!! ..and you really aren't showing people screw/bolt identifiers!

my guess, motor stopping by dust & soil & oil take fuse out
