This is a fever dream. I remember playing this and not understanding the dio options because I was too young to understand. I remember having a piece of paper that had the Deadpool cheat codes
@@Mirltones I think they would know better than to do something like that, also it would be nice if all 4 games had all the characters from the different console versions so that way we could have the definitive versions of these 4 titles
@@neomachine855yeah that needs to happen and the DLC for UA 1 and 2 need to be there I know we did have a remaster of the games originally but they were taken down but now after the news that Activision r renewing license this could come true
That’s completely understandable, no one had seen anything like the first game before and it actually had a really good story. I gotta go back and beat ua 1 so I can get the full experience
Me somehow beating Ultimate alliance 2 and not Ultimate Alliance 1. The best boss, villain, and person in general in the game for me was Titanium Man. The dudes armor is sick AND his accent is cool as hell. Including he's kinda bitthe catalyst for this game's story and I loved it
Same as I kid I’ve never gotten past grey gargoyle he was destroying my X-men I’ve recently started playing it again & I finally got past the valley of spirits
@anxious1940 I was stuck in multiple places of the game EXCEPT when I finally got to Asgard. THEN saved almost everyone. I hope you best the game. I'm badly unable to for the time being because I just don't have a 360
MUA2 has great gameplay. Once you figure out when to block and roll, and how to cancel animations with them, it gets really fun. MUA1 is still worth finishing for the story.
Ultimate Alliance 2 did have a small mention to the first game, but through a dialogue option, sadly. In the first ever hub of the game, you can speak to Thor and ask him what happened to the likes of Doom and Loki, to which Thor will say that his father, Odin, is still very much punishing them. I played the game growing up and just assumed it was all original, but found out that the first act was based off Secret Wars, and the second act based off Civil War, with the third act being original. Sure, the fighting was much different, but gameplay definitely felt much funner compared to the first game a bit.
I find it funny how you say Torch is the best character in the first games because as far as I recall he has one of, if not, thee most OP move in the second game too. His RT+ Triangle/Y move. The flamethrower. Even on the most difficult bosses, it literally shreds the health bar, and best thing is, he cannot be animation-cancelled by almost none (if not all) of the enemies, including the bosses. Also, another tip, the Thing's charge attack; RT+ Square/X (I think) is also exploitable, the attack does a one-hit massive damage and can be used rapidly, he can also easily torment most attackers with this move. If I had to suggest an OP team of the top of my head; Wolverine (Very high attack damage potential with standard attacks, can make short work of enemy squads and his healing factor, makes him very reliable); Cable (He is DLC, his RT+ X/A power is very cheese-able and although it doesn't do a lot of damage it can help with crowd control and needling down boss' health bars from a safe distance.) Human Torch; (With a combination of blocking, rolling and spamming his flame thrower, he legit can solo literally ALL the bosses and enemies in the game.); Final choice isn't as important, but I would still go with the Thing (His charge attack does more instant damage than both Hulk's and Juggernaut's. With Ben, I can easily solo the entire game with this one attack. He's seriously underated and broken lol). I really enjoy this game, but overall I still prefer the first one. Better story, character selection and love from the writers. I hope you enjoy your time with this game, it's a solid experience and in ways, I can appreciate it being more grounded compared to the first and third game. At first, I didn't really vibe with the third game but it has grown on me a bit, it by far has the better character selection, but I can't get over the annoying MCU comedy at times. And especially, the grindy nature of the game. Although MUA 1 is my favorite I don't think I could rank them all as I liked aspects more in each of the games. It's like the Arkham series, they're hard for me to rank. But best traits for each? MUA1: Best story and fan service. MUA2: Best graphics, gameplay and power creativity. MUA3: Best playable characters and offers the most content.
Would you rather go a week without water or a day without daredevil? Edit: There were several occasions where nick just either was or did the most unhinged things 💀

This game looks so much better and is doper than marvke ultimate 3 shitshow and I always think about civil war by mark millar because its my favourite event. I never watched the movie
I know you haven't read comics but this game is not based on Secret Wars. It's rather based on Secret War (the whole invading Latveria in secret thing)

Out of all the Games that deserve the Remaster/Remake Treatment,Ultimate Alliance both 1 and 2 needs to be one of them.
Would love to see X-Men Legends 1 and 2 get the same treatment as well, put both Legends games and both Ultimate Alliance games in one collection

This game was my childhood and this game introduced me to a lot of marvel characters
Torch is alil squishy, but once you get his flamethrower power, he’s a boss killer 💪🏽🔥
Never seen your channel, clicked on the video for MAU2, started grinning when you pointed out your “The Colour and the shape” vinyl 🗿
This game is a hidden gem. I’ve played this game multiple times and love it everytime I play. Great video man‼️
That’s awesome man, UA2 was such a blast to play! And thank you bro have a good rest of your day!
