What are the highest input cost for rice farming in the Philippines? Do farmers reserve their own seed or is this an input cost?

We buy our seeds to plants but some they reserve it sometimes government will give you some seeds. We usually use high breed seeds. I don't know about others rice farming cost. My parents had 1 hectare rice farming for our food supply for 6 months.
