- Waking up on schedule and getting up while overcoming that resistance really is a huge boost that will probably get you through 50% of your to-do list. That was my experience anyways. - “Fighting the dragon” (eating the frog) first will get you through the other 50%. I gotta agree on that aswell. The way you worded it was quite wonderful actually. - Circadian rhythm (sunlight and sunset) I’ve noticed, boosts my mood so much. It helps me avoid depressive days. - Self-reflection and iteration is literally your steering wheel. I’ve felt this on my monk mode period aswell. Nevertheless i think i need therapy but good video 😬
Thanks, Anthony, you're truly valued and appreciated. All of this applies to me at the moment. Feeling unmotivated and blah, need to focus and take action more. I have not defined "winning the day" for myself. Need to stop hitting the snooze. Haven't been identifying my "daily dragon," going to do that feels powerful. Need to fight that dragon early in the day. Additionally, being scattered, chasing endless new ways of doing things instead of being consistent with what already works. Finding new ways gives dopamine pleasure. Decided to stop that; it's wasting enormous time. Need to get more sunshine and walk in nature more to boost my mood. Using my values as a scorecard is great; I need to implement that ASAP. Thanks for helping me live a more productive, meaningful life. I need to change in 2024 because my life sucks right now!
The sunlight one is a big one that I’ve seen coming up more and more. Did everything like meditating, journaling, breathing techniques in routine when I can but without the sunlight and some fresh air I feel off. Definitely stapling the long nature walks
1 - decide at the beginning of the day how to win the day 2 - stick to your wake up time 3 - eat that frog - in other words do the hardest thing early in the day 4 - get more sunlight 5 - at the end of the day assess how your day went

My mom taught me to always get up at the same time, early, and make my bed. She also was a believer in sunlight. Very early in the morning, she raised the shades and opened the curtains. She said, "Sunlight is healing." I still do this every day.
Nah, everyone I know that gets up super early is good for a few hours then they start dragging ass all afternoon yawning and telling everbody how early they woke up. I think people need 8-10 hours of sleep no matter what..
Sleep early wake up early also even if they say they sleep early do they really fall asleep or stay awake tossing and turning / constantly waking up in the middle of the night. I realised a while ago I would wake up tired even when I went to sleep early because my quality of sleep sucked so that may be a factor.
Ha! We raised our kids (23 & 25) with this saying, “YOU choose if you have a good day or a bad day!”. No matter what is thrown your way, you get to decide how things affect your day. They still live by that and are such positive, happy adults. I’m so glad you have that as number one!
Walking. I started walking every single day outdoors during my lunch break. This eventually turned into walking while listening to self help books, which lead to more and more beneficial things. Week by week I began compounding on healthier and more productive choices. Eventually things like these on my to-do list were just part of my every day life. Start very small and see where the snowball effect takes you.
This came at a perfect time for me. I recently retired and my schedule is too loose and I don’t feel productive. Last night I promised myself that I would rise at 7 am to start my day, instead of 9 am. Your tips come to me at a perfect time. I want to enjoy my remaining years but want to feel productive at the same time.
I am retired and have been at loose ends about where to go from here. I still want to feel accomplishment, be engaged and productive. This is a perfect plan! Thanks

Your attitude is everything. I took that with me to boarding school when I left home at 11 years old, in the military to multiple combat zones, as a diplomat in the State department stationed in over 80 countries, and as a 7 figure entrepreneur. Not trying to flex, just saying anywhere can be paradise, even a prison cell, if you decide you want it to be.
Anthoney Vicino, I decided to watch this video because it reads 5 habits that will fix 93% of your problems. from age 17 to age 57 years of age I got up early went to work did the best I could while at work I set a goal to be retired at 60 but I retired at 57 years of age because I was financially able to. I agree that morning routine is essential. Get up early, make your bed, eat breakfast and get ready. The ''cheat'' day, that varies only slightly from the norm, should be pre-designated, like a sunday. Planning your day the night before is also helpful. I used to write lists the night before of key tasks that I was going to do the next day and even sometimes break down the schedule.
Promise to yourself is powerful. Indeed, when you don't keep your promise to other people, there's a chance they will not notice or forget. You, on the other hand, will always know.
Define winning the day! What a concept, and just what I needed to hear. I'm 66 "retired homemaker", empty nester, trying to figure out what to do with the rest of my life. I'm familiar with the other four habits, but that first one, wow! That gives me something to think about and work towards. Thanks for sharing.
I think winning the day means doing what you said you would the day before. :) You could start a blog, an internet business, write a book, learn something amazing, spend all your money on travel, or just chill and go to the library. That's what I'd do. :)
I gotta agree with the just getting up part. Your perception of yourself and the momentum you have to take on the challenges of the day will really depend on that first act. And when you don’t get up on time then you feel like the battle has already been lost.
Is this why farmers around the world get things done? I was in Vietnam visiting family after 45 years. They had comments of me getting up later. While my uncle is already up at 5am. Building a bathroom and home for his daughter/granddaughter from 6 am to 6pm straight: well with lunch and dinner. Some days till 8 Pm! I’m having hard time getting up. My Vietnamese blood is not strong. Or I don’t have mind set as my uncle and mom!
God dude you’re videos are so good. I generally hate “gurus” or “life coaches” or “life hack” or “motivation content”, but something about you just feels genuine. Like you want to see me win. I think it has to do with your content, and its accuracy. Thanks
I really appreciate that. I know a lot of content in this space gets a bad rap (often rightfully so). I'm psyched you're digging the vibe here, though. p.s. I'm rooting hard for ya! Go get it.
The one I need the most work and effort upon is waking up at around the same time every day, building a perfect routine has been a challenge for me but I believe 2024 is my year to nail it down to a solid T.
Starting the day with the hardest task and completing the day with the review and plan for the next day are the best things you can do to increase your life quality. Thank you Anthony this video helped massively.
I go for walks with my dog brother, we usually walk 2 miles which is about 45min… I’ll either listen to podcast or focus music instrumentals etc definitely it puts me in a calming mood to continue the day
Showing up and "Following through" - Aligning my intention with action. I'd be lying if I said, I don't know what to do! My self esteem is taking a hit! You were 💯on the money AV 💖💖💖🙏
Wow this is the 3rd. Video that made me to subscribe 😊Your so cool , nice. & humble .Thank's for sharing your personal struggles & triumphs!!! You got a way of communicating that is interesting , fresh & convincing .Keep the good work !!!
I was pleassntly surprised that i already do some of these! I walk outside in sunlight every day! It really has a huge impact on my daily well being. I feel anxious and irritable if i dont get my 45 to 60 min walk !
Speed golf: golfers in tactile gears running to the next hole. It's golfing and it's a race. The athletes haul their own clubs. Sounds like sport I would watch
I never ever ever ever figure out how to WIN the day. Oh yeah I have to do lists… boring unmotivating lists that make me get under the blanket with my cat after I hit the snooze button. I’m starting here now, but I see value in all of them. Funny but at the end of the day I try to review wins in bed, but they are always unplanned hap hazard events. I’m always surprised. I’ll bet winning planned wins will be a lot more fun and motivating. Especially if you have wins and victories daily. Thanks Anthony. Always appreciate the content. I’ll check back in a week!
I feel sometimes low vibe in my work but when i realize why i see that those are periods i have nothing exciting in my own deveopment going on, so i look for "great things to do" in my work such as to be really good in it but when its not always possible due to me being human and pending results from co-workers and such, and when its not possible i feel bad. I am returning with this insight to build my dream body the dream goal i left behind and to achieve it further then ever along with getting my own new income going. Sounds like exciting stuff to be cheerful at even when the day at the desk is cloudy! Life insight gained! * jumping and clapping with legs *
Thank you. I was pleased to see that I had the sunlight and the walk in nature figured out already it has really helped me with better thinking and feeling. Open space is great for me too.
The last ten years I've hit most of these goals because I got an active dog whom I love. Walks, waking up, reflecting on what you've done... Taking care of someone else who likes to be outside and get up early has really helped me. It also helped me to be a confident relaxed alpha and I get be my playful kid self with my dog *Also, as a Pacific Northwesterner who mostly, happily goes into mole mode every winter, I've found vitamin d and occasional sunlamp use can really help if you're getting depressed for no obvious reason.
This is a familiar set of recommended daily habits , but honestly one of the best imagined and explained videos I’ve seen. Really a fresh way of thinking of these things, thank you.
I would also define winning as not just accomplishing something, but feeling satisfied or happy and doing things I find to be enjoyable that day. For me to move towards thoughts and activities that bring me content, enjoyment or whatever I feel I can attain for an improved mental state that day.
That's pretty useful. The bit about not having a win for the day is very insightful. How easy it is to define the routines of the day into a drone of just another day.
Great video. One of the few creators in this space that I really enjoy watching. One of my takeaways is changing the boring into the epic adventure. I think we tend to lose that childlike wonder and we forget that life is an epic adventure
Omg, i felt that way the last couple months. Yesterday i finally pulled out of it. I like to lie in the sun. Walking is out though, I'm in a wheelchair. I do walk the dogs.
I'm in a painful rut right now, but these tools of defining winning the day and reviewing it will help me, I'm sure, to get out of this bad place. For starters, I will put yoga and meditating into my day. Thanks so much for all of this! Regards
I love the idea of making your to do‘s into epic tasks. I recently got the heroes journal and have been enjoying framing my day in terms of a quest, finding allies, fighting threats, and progressing towards an ultimate goal. It’s been very helpful in adjusting to a new job in a new city
I keep a handwritten list of all the tasks I need to accomplish in the day. Something about seeing them in my own writing makes me feel more accountable to them.
Success: a few simple disciplines practiced every day Jim Rohn Certainly not a cataclysmic Event Same for failure: a few errors in judgment repeated everyday
For men, if u just feel lethargic all the time, the problem may lie in your endocrine system, and more importantly, your testosterone levels. Get a doctor to check all your levels especially once u hit 35. It's a known fact your body starts to decline after 30. Be proactive about it. Keep a log and at the first sign of lowering levels do something about it.
Am a big kid. In Fighting the Dragon. I did notice how enthusiastic and exaggerating in my actions and words when I am around kids. I should do the same for myself
Thank you!!! For your life advice, Seeing my life as an adventure really shifts my mindset towards a more enjoyable daily life than i have ever imagined, have a great day everyone!
Good video man, especially the sunlight part. One point I'd put a disclaimer on, however. For people who struggle with any form of executive dysfunction like me... Fighting the big dragon first thing in the morning can be extremely daunting, which leads to procrastination, guilt, and burnout. At least for me personally, I've found doing all the small things first makes the big things way easier.
Me too. I need to empty the dishwasher, make the bed and do my workout in front of the tv. Once I’ve showered and dressed the dragon looks more possible.
Perhaps the trick is to be intentional. I've had no plan on when to slay so keep putting it off till tomorrow. I'll try to work out my best dragon slaying time.
I used to quit if I missed a day of a habit I wanted to build. One day when I didn’t want to or didn’t feel good and the whole thing came to a halt. So I redefined consistency for myself- it doesn’t have to be daily, just most days. If I start a workout routine and I miss a day, I get back to it the following day. Or if I want to eat more vegetables and then I have a day of binging on pizza and popcorn, I eat the vegetables the next day. Doing something six days a week is much better than not doing it at all because I was human one day and skipped it. This mindset shift helped me, so I’ll share it in case it might help you.
I definitely felt better (and did better) whenever I added sun to my life. (1/5) There's a park near my office and I've resolved to wake up on time (3/5). I'll fit in the other 2 now.
Great video. I really liked the part about winning the day, it is incredible how everyday unimportant tasks leads you to leave aside the things that are really important for your development, it is as if one had the Pareto all wrong by default
Loved this! Thank you so much. This is applicable to any season of life. My big dragon today was to have the entire exhaust system of my car replaced. Mission accomplished. I like the "one thing" concept. It provides purpose, but is not overwhelming. Thank you for that needed reminder to get sunlight. Great video.
Thank you! today started as a bad day, but thinking about that a year and a half ago this would have been a good day really changed my pov and made me reconsider it
For me I get down when someone or something outside of myself keeps me from getting my one thing accomplished. I’ve done all the right things kept consistent etc etc then bam 💥 some tech issue or something defeats me 😩grrrr all momentum lost
Enjoyed the video but Antony -you’ve missed a trick! The best way to wake up is naturally- check out & treat yourself to a sunrise “alarm” clock - so the light wakes you up gently instead of a harsh demanding shocking noise. It really works and brilliant through winter
I had one of those (and loved it). But it stopped working because I started using a sleep mask to block out all ambient light. Great tool for waking up though!
"You are nothing but a big kid" haha so true. This video really resonated with me. My biggest take away is fighting the daily dragon and doing the things I promised myself I'd do. TY Anthony!
I don't know why, but it's always helpful to realize other people struggle with the same thing. I feel less an alien on a strange planet@@AnthonyVicino
That's the importance of prime your day. It's a concept shared and practice by Tony Robbins. Small practices firts hand in the morning that determine your actions during the day.
First of all thanks Anthony for this video - even though most of the things are often mentioned in countless books and tutorials, the way you explained it all got to me on a different level for some reason. I'm definitely changing the wording from Eating the Frog to Slaying the Dragon - I love it! I've got a question though, because I'm not sure I understand one thing correctly - it's about Fighting the Dragon and Winning the Day - aren't these usually the same thing? In other words, does it mean you should always start the day with getting the most important thing done? Reason I ask is, usually when I plan my day and decide what's the Frog/Dragon, getting that one thing done counts as "Winning the Day"... and I very rarely start doing that first, because when I cross this off my list I noticed that I somehow tend to think about having completed the work day already and I let my mind do other, usually not that productive things. Can't say this is a bulletproof tactic for me really though and I'm willing to try a different method, especially now that I've started questioning if this is really the right way to plan my day... Have you got any real-life examples how these two could differ?
Great question. They are often tied together pretty closely. Typically winning the day will include a few more things than just the battle with your biggest dragon. Slaying the Dragon might be: Write 2,000 words towards new book Whereas Winning the Day might be: 1. Slay Dragon 2. Get 6,000 steps 3. Spend less than an hour on social media Slaying the Dragon is part of Winning the Day... and depending on the day, it might be the only thing you really need to accomplish to feel victorious overall.
I enjoy the workbook called 30 Days to Reduce Stress by Harper Daniels for my meditation and mindfulness routine. Setting that as a habitual routine has been awesome.
Thanks for the advice, that sounds wise! And congrats to you: this video is fire! 🔥 People like me are seeing your channel for the first time and instantly subscribing, and leaving nothing but positive comments, and I've noticed that the TH-cam algorithm really likes to promote those 😊
Interesting about sunlight. At this time of year it’s dark when I get to work and dark when I leave. And no natural light in the work area. I can go outside on breaks but that’s it. How do people manage that?
I live in Minnesota and for four months out of the year, we get really bad sunlight. My solution was to get a "happy lamp" that sits on my desk. It's not the perfect solution, but it's helpd alleviate a lot of the symptoms I feel associated with Seasonal Affective Disorder.
Absolutely relevant- especially defining what a winning day looks like. Extremely helpful and I immediately wrote it down and discovered that.....wait for it..... I don't spend any time outside! And I need more sunlight! So that is going to be part of my successful day definition from now on. Thank you!!
Keep your promises to yourself. Makes me consider my choices carefully and commit to them with full intention. Then when I hit the mark I feel AWESOME! 😆😜😁.
You can feel that downward spiral gaining momentum and it's hard to stop it. I'm thinking it's better to hit bottom because you can only go UP from there. Then be grateful you survived that downward spiral and go for a walk in the sun, then sit on a park bench and watch the birds and butterflies. Birds and butterflies don't worry about falling out of the sky, they don't worry about losing their balance on that thin branch. God provides for the birds and God will provide for you, too. One day I saw a baby bee. It was so cute and smaller than a grain of rice and just sitting on a green leaf like it was trying to decide which way to go. I wished the little thing well and walked on by.
I just found your channel today for the first time and LOVE this video --> definitely subscribing! Biggest takeaway was the first thing you shared. Define “winning the day”. 🔥 Thank you so much for sharing this!

That's always been a struggle for me, too. Just keep chipping away at it.
thank you @@AnthonyVicino
Starting the day with the hardest task and completing the day with the review and plan for the next day are the best things you can do to increase your life quality.
Thank you Anthony this video helped massively.
So psyched to hear that!
I go for walks with my dog brother, we usually walk 2 miles which is about 45min… I’ll either listen to podcast or focus music instrumentals etc definitely it puts me in a calming mood to continue the day
That sounds amazing.
Showing up and "Following through" - Aligning my intention with action. I'd be lying if I said, I don't know what to do! My self esteem is taking a hit! You were 💯on the money AV 💖💖💖🙏
Nailed it! Psyched to hear that.
Wow this is the 3rd. Video that made me to subscribe 😊Your so cool , nice. & humble .Thank's for sharing your personal struggles & triumphs!!! You got a way of communicating that is interesting , fresh & convincing .Keep the good work !!!
The evening examen not only helps me reflect on my day, but puts me to sleep better and more peacefully than any external stimuli.
Same. It helps me go to bed with an empty mind.
I was pleassntly surprised that i already do some of these! I walk outside in sunlight every day! It really has a huge impact on my daily well being. I feel anxious and irritable if i dont get my 45 to 60 min walk !
Love it!
Speed golf: golfers in tactile gears running to the next hole. It's golfing and it's a race. The athletes haul their own clubs. Sounds like sport I would watch
I would love full contact golf. Gotta make this happen.
Exactly. Watch. As in I'm fascinated by work- I could sit and watch it all day.
1 Quality sleep
2 exercise
3 healthy keto diet& intermittent fasting
4 meditation-hypnosis, visualisation etc
5 follow a routine
Interesting list
But carbs make me happy and meditation is boring. Not a list for everyone.
Nice! I hope you find this technique helpful!
I dig it! Thanks for sharing.
Thank you. I was pleased to see that I had the sunlight and the walk in nature figured out already it has really helped me with better thinking and feeling. Open space is great for me too.
That's wonderful to hear!
My dude your channel is a god send for motivational thinking ❤ Thank you so much for all that you do!
Thank you, thank you, thank you
I think the best one is the first point. Just start small by waking up on time. Thankfully I was able to do it the last few days.
Nice. Sounds like it's been a good week.
The last ten years I've hit most of these goals because I got an active dog whom I love. Walks, waking up, reflecting on what you've done... Taking care of someone else who likes to be outside and get up early has really helped me. It also helped me to be a confident relaxed alpha and I get be my playful kid self with my dog
*Also, as a Pacific Northwesterner who mostly, happily goes into mole mode every winter, I've found vitamin d and occasional sunlamp use can really help if you're getting depressed for no obvious reason.
I'm a big fan of the sunlamps.
This is a familiar set of recommended daily habits , but honestly one of the best imagined and explained videos I’ve seen. Really a fresh way of thinking of these things, thank you.
Glad you enjoyed it! Thank you so much for the love.
I would also define winning as not just accomplishing something, but feeling satisfied or happy and doing things I find to be enjoyable that day. For me to move towards thoughts and activities that bring me content, enjoyment or whatever I feel I can attain for an improved mental state that day.
Agreed
That's pretty useful. The bit about not having a win for the day is very insightful. How easy it is to define the routines of the day into a drone of just another day.
Glad it was helpful!
Great video. One of the few creators in this space that I really enjoy watching. One of my takeaways is changing the boring into the epic adventure. I think we tend to lose that childlike wonder and we forget that life is an epic adventure
Child-like wonder is an incredible thing. So hard to hold onto, though.
Thanks for the love, Wayne. Much appreciated, brother.
This video absolutely deserves more views and likes!
Omg, i felt that way the last couple months. Yesterday i finally pulled out of it. I like to lie in the sun. Walking is out though, I'm in a wheelchair. I do walk the dogs.
Nice! Glad to hear you snapped out of it.
For me daily nature walks were a game changer!!! Great vid
Great to hear!
I'm in a painful rut right now, but these tools of defining winning the day and reviewing it will help me, I'm sure, to get out of this bad place. For starters, I will put yoga and meditating into my day. Thanks so much for all of this! Regards
Best of luck I hope these help you
I believe in you!
LOVE THIS=== I am going to focus on lowering my to-do list. I think it is too long.
You can do it!
I love the idea of making your to do‘s into epic tasks. I recently got the heroes journal and have been enjoying framing my day in terms of a quest, finding allies, fighting threats, and progressing towards an ultimate goal. It’s been very helpful in adjusting to a new job in a new city
That's amazing. I might have to check that tool out.
I keep a handwritten list of all the tasks I need to accomplish in the day.
Something about seeing them in my own writing makes me feel more accountable to them.
I'm a big fan of handwriting out lists, too
Success: a few simple disciplines practiced every day
Jim Rohn
Certainly not a cataclysmic Event
Same for failure: a few errors in judgment repeated everyday
Love me some Jim Rohn
For men, if u just feel lethargic all the time, the problem may lie in your endocrine system, and more importantly, your testosterone levels.
Get a doctor to check all your levels especially once u hit 35. It's a known fact your body starts to decline after 30. Be proactive about it. Keep a log and at the first sign of lowering levels do something about it.
Highly recommend getting test levels check past 35.
Mr anthony subscribed just because of ur first point. Never watched a single video of yours but thanks this will stay with me for life
I'm so psyched to have you here!
Am a big kid.
In Fighting the Dragon.
I did notice how enthusiastic and exaggerating in my actions and words when I am around kids.
I should do the same for myself
Do it! It makes a huge impact.
Thank you!!! For your life advice, Seeing my life as an adventure really shifts my mindset towards a more enjoyable daily life than i have ever imagined, have a great day everyone!
You are so welcome!
Tremendous video. I’m bookmarking this to send to my coaching clients. Great advice that I live by.
Love hearing that!
That's an interesting perspective. Thanks for sharing!
Been watchn ut vids for years... u r 1st suscription ...thanks for thr relatable content bro
I appreciate that! It's really cool to have you along for the journey.
Consistency has been my biggest challenge all my life. And, being consistently inconsistent doesn’t count ;)
Lol.. it certainly doesnt count in the good way at least :)
@@doubles1545 I appreciate the insight. Thank you.
I definitely felt better (and did better) whenever I added sun to my life. (1/5)
There's a park near my office and I've resolved to wake up on time (3/5).
I'll fit in the other 2 now.
Me too. I can really feel my energy levels and mood dip in the winter months when I'm getting less sunlight.
Great video. I really liked the part about winning the day, it is incredible how everyday unimportant tasks leads you to leave aside the things that are really important for your development, it is as if one had the Pareto all wrong by default
Such a simple way to get ahead. Surprised more people don't do it!
Define winning the day!!!! Love this. Rather than just going through a todo list that's never-ending, I like this approach. Thank you!!
You got this!
Loved this! Thank you so much. This is applicable to any season of life. My big dragon today was to have the entire exhaust system of my car replaced. Mission accomplished. I like the "one thing" concept. It provides purpose, but is not overwhelming. Thank you for that needed reminder to get sunlight. Great video.
Glad you found that helpful!
I just get to see you for the first time. Love it. Kisses from Argentina ❤
Psyched to have you here~
Define what "winning the day" is for you. Thanks for the inspiring video!
You are so welcome!
Great tips. Simple but very effective.
Thanks!
Thank you Anthony! for sharing these extremely valuable pieces of advice!. I appreciate your time!. 🙏
Glad you like them!
Not gonna lie. But waking at the time set my me really dictates how my day is going to go. Also, Anthony Thanks for the amazing and informative video.
My pleasure!
Great video! 👍 Clearly laid out, helpful and practical advice.
Much appreciated - thank you!
Glad it was helpful!
This guy speaks to my soul on the wake up part
Psyched to hear that resonated.
Grateful for this video popping up in my recommendations. Excited to implement these tips, especially outlining what qualifies my day as a day won 🥇
I'm psyched the video popped up in your feed!
preach it! these videos are the goat.
Thank you, thank you, thank you.
Thank you! today started as a bad day, but thinking about that a year and a half ago this would have been a good day really changed my pov and made me reconsider it
Nice! Look how far you've come and get psyched.
I love the 93%

Never comment too much, but your videos have such an amazing content. Thanks for putting the effort!!. Saludos desde Colombia!
Really appreciate the love and support! Thank you.
The thumbnail stood out & was pretty cool , just like the video!
Thanks, brother! Glad you enjoyed both.
Really enjoyed your info , look forward to hearing more !
Psyched to hear that!
For me I get down when someone or something outside of myself keeps me from getting my one thing accomplished. I’ve done all the right things kept consistent etc etc then bam 💥 some tech issue or something defeats me 😩grrrr all momentum lost
Tech issues are the worst!
I needed this video. Thank you. I love your book suggestions aswell.
Hells yeah! Psyched to hear that.
Great practical advice. Thank you
Glad you enjoyed!
"You are nothing but a big kid" haha so true. This video really resonated with me. My biggest take away is fighting the daily dragon and doing the things I promised myself I'd do. TY Anthony!
That's my battle too!
I don't know why, but it's always helpful to realize other people struggle with the same thing. I feel less an alien on a strange planet@@AnthonyVicino
Great, realistic, fundamental blocking and tackling advice
It's all about executing the fundamentals with excellence!
That's the importance of prime your day. It's a concept shared and practice by Tony Robbins. Small practices firts hand in the morning that determine your actions during the day.
Great concept. Love it.
Slaying the Dragon might be: Write 2,000 words towards new book
Whereas Winning the Day might be:
1. Slay Dragon
2. Get 6,000 steps
3. Spend less than an hour on social media
Slaying the Dragon is part of Winning the Day... and depending on the day, it might be the only thing you really need to accomplish to feel victorious overall.
I enjoy the workbook called 30 Days to Reduce Stress by Harper Daniels for my meditation and mindfulness routine. Setting that as a habitual routine has been awesome.
Nice. Thanks for the recommendation.
Yo seriously dude thank you for this video! I liked and subscribed.
This was very solid
Thanks for the sub!
This video was actually really helpful! Thank you for that, this is the first time I took notes during a video. Hope I can build these habits in 2024.

Thanks for the advice, that sounds wise! And congrats to you: this video is fire! 🔥 People like me are seeing your channel for the first time and instantly subscribing, and leaving nothing but positive comments, and I've noticed that the TH-cam algorithm really likes to promote those 😊
Heck yeah! Really psyched you enjoyed the video.
Fantastic video, thanks Anthony.
My pleasure!
Good stuff Anthony!! It was all helpful, but slaying my dragon first is what I really needed to hear.
Perfect! Glad you found that part helpful.
I love your voice and communication style!!!!! Thank u
Wow, thank you! I really appreciate that.
Thank you!!
Glad it was helpful!
Great video. Really helpful, simple advice. Top notch 👌
Thank you!
Keep your promises to yourself. Makes me consider my choices carefully and commit to them with full intention. Then when I hit the mark I feel AWESOME! 😆😜😁.
Love it!
@@AnthonyVicino Thanks for helping me💋🤗.
Thank you my Brother 🥺 you motivated me so much to change my bad lifestyle
You can do it!
Interesting story.
@@AnthonyVicino Thank you, I guess? It's all true.
I just found your channel today for the first time and LOVE this video --> definitely subscribing! Biggest takeaway was the first thing you shared. Define “winning the day”. 🔥 Thank you so much for sharing this!
Welcome aboard! So psyched you found the channel valuable enough to subscribe Thank you1
Extremely motivational, thanks for the vid. One question... What's this "sunlight" I hear you mention? Greatings from London, UK.
Ha, fair play. I live in Minnesota and we don't get a lot of that sunlight either during a few months of the year. the struggle is real.
Love everything about this!
I’m glad I found this video and your channel 🤩
So excited to have you here!
Thanks so much for the waking up bit. Not at 5 am or anything, but when YOU decide to based on our own goals. Amazing
Glad you enjoyed that part.
