- South Africa lost their final Group C match of the preliminaries stage 1 of the Netball World Cup 2023, going down 67-49 to Jamaica.
The Sunshine girls beat the Proteas in the first three-quarters of the match, with South Africa staging a late fightback.
The second preliminary stage of the World Cup begins today.
