This prefab house also has several different options and is built to state code as a modular home! The manufacturer for this house is PennWest Homes. The model for this home is the “Limited/Liberty at Middletown Homes”! This home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and has roughly 1,800 square foot. Let me know what you think about the video! We have seen the mobile home business come such a long way. In the old days most people referred to mobile homes as a trailer house. However some of the manufactured homes we carry are far from “trailer houses.”

2 kitchens are for orthodox kosher families. Meat and milk are prepared and stored in 2 differant locations. Therefore 2 fridges 2 sinks and some times 2 stoves
We had a Kosher kitchen and an "anything goes" kitchen.
I never knew that. That’s taking kosher to the next level.

HEY!! I won't die when I clean fish in the kitchen sink and accidentally leave a few scales or use the pretty towels we're not allowed to use by accident LOL!! 😆🤣 I could have my own cleaning sink, beer fridge, with deer, and 1/4 hog. Like I was single again!! Well until people come over then all the clutter would end up on my sink and my counter. Would this allow me to scream and throw a fit when she cleans my decorative fish blood specs and spattered scales from my kitchen? LOL 🤣🤣🤣
I love the layout of the house, I do not need two kitchens so I would want that space for something else....

The 2nd kitchen not needed but would make a great laundry room and half bath especially with the side door. The existing laundry room could be additional closet space
The second kitchen would be a great washup station. Instead of putting the dishwasher in the front kitchen put it in the back kitchen and eliminate clutter in your main kitchen. Use the primary sink to clean and prepare meals. And the other for cleaning dishes
I absolutely love this idea. My mother lives with me and this would be perfect to allow her to have her own space separate from mine.
I give you faith, hope, and love, and above all these love is most important.
I have two kitchens……one is my “canning kitchen” that is a total blessing.
If I had that I would put my long arm quilt machine in that 2 nd kitchen. ❣️instead of the kitchen
Not impressed at all with this one. How many sinks do you need in a house. Way to many twist and turns as far as the lay out. The second kitchen would make a good freezer room.
2 Kitchens in a Small Design! Amazing! I think it would be Cheaper as Walk-in Pantry with a Second Refrigerator! But You have a Closet 🚾 Pantry. With Coat Rack and Shoe Cubes! 👟👟 Flex Office! 💻 with Sink! Coffee ☕ Station! 3 Bedrooms! 🛏️ Shower and Oval Tub Combo. I would have Preferred a Tile Shower!

Nice house but you can get lost in it with all those hallways and turnaround rooms. I don’t need two kitchen’s it’s hard enough to keep one clean. Another great video Chance. I could make this house mine

It depends on the translation if Corinthians says "love" or "charity". For example, the traditional KJV uses "charity" and the NIV says "love".
Love the Butlers pantry, the idea of having 2 fridges, (though I’d add another dishwasher) and 2 sinks is the best. My fiancé asked “what’s the point?”
I told him, it’s for preparing the dinner, and the actual cooking in the main kitchen.
Not a big fan of the location of the washer and dryer.
Not overly impressed with the layout of this house. The “Butler’s Pantry” behind the original kitchen is nice. Just think the layout looks haphazard.
The greatest is love.
The only thing I would change would be make the living room bigger and remove the 2nd kitchen and add another master suite for a family member to live with you comfortably. But stunning home for sure ❤!!
I don't like the layout of this home. The dining area is right by the front door; that's a no no. The kitchen countertops are beautiful. That's more like a butler's pantry than another complete kitchen. The flex room would be my office, I'm not impressed with the master bath, very small & cramped space.
The storage in the island would be good for storing board games and things. A back kitchen with a stove and sink and some windows to let steam and heat out would be great for doing canning and freezing. Instead of a fridge I would have an upright freezer in there. It used to be lucky women that had a set aside kitchen for doing all that as it makes a mess and creates a lot of heat. Those cupoards would be great for hiding the glass jars and equipment. I miss being able to do that. Love that flex space for sewing, the big sink is great for dyining fabric, etc. Also good for an office+. "But the greatest of these is love/charity". Nice little mini-sermon. I love all the nooks and crannies in this house. I wouldn't mind if you opened every single cupboards, drawer, and door, but then I am retired and am not going anywhere and have plenty of time. 🙂

This is perfect for families who need a Kosher kitchen. I’ve only seen this option with custom builders who work with the Jewish community.
This is an absolutely terrible lay out. There are too many little nooks that are a waste of space. The result is small, poorly laid out rooms. Not even one area was satisfying. I take that back. I liked the add on front porch. The finishes in the house all looked cheap. Different strokes. Thanks for bringing such a variety of homes, Chance.
Personally, 2 kitchens is a bit much (for me). I would just make the one kitchen bigger.
I never once thought I needed a second kitchen but now that I see it i can imagine how useful it would be for holidays, BBQ’s or family gatherings. Interesting………. Thank you Chance for always giving us something different.
Why do they continue putting just shower heads when for a few bucks more they could put showers with hosed showerheads that can be removed for wasing, um, everywhere...

Like the 2nd kitchen. Overall, I'm not a fan of opening a door and there is the kitchen. Its a nice floor plan, just not for me.
And maybe a bigger laundry room instead of the flex room with added cabinet space.
It's nice but 230s seems a bit high, small bedrooms and apartment grade cabinets and showers
I've heard the 2nd kitchen area being called a "dirty kitchen" or a scullery. If you're entertaining, all the dirty dishes are hidden away.

So much wasted space 1st that laundry room needs to be in that so called felx room make the closet bigger no door to hall way and push that kitchen back to make living room and kitchen bigger then id be happy with it
Love all the unique nooks and crannies in this one! Love the desk area! I'm thinking instead of a 2nd fridge, I would put an upright freezer in the 2nd kitchen. Love the dining area as well.
I'd add more windows for sure.

Don't like the 3 kitchen I would get rid of thst and master bathroom I would get rid of that tub and the master bedroom would be on the opposite side of the house

I like but you can take the sink out of the island and I don't like the vents on the floor and the wire racks in the closet. And want real wood cabinets

Not really a fan of the table right off the door and the master needs to have a separate tub and shower and on the other side of the trailer, away from the other bedrooms.

In older homes they had them but they were called butler pantry’s
The primary closet doors should also be pocket doors.

Do they have this in a 4 or 5 bedroom home?
A scullery is so handy if you entertain because you can stage there, put dirty dishes there, things to refill food trays, etc. Keeps the visible kitchen tidy during a party. Love it. Very common in chateaus in France. Keep the cooking and the cleaning up in separate places too so food getting cooked isn't near dirty dishes and trash. I really love the layout of this house. Has all the elements I love. Laundry accessible from Primary closet, coat closet (could be bigger and need one at both entrances) and a foyer, skullery, good pantry space. Only thing I'd change is bdrm 2 and 3 closets are small so I'd make them walk-ins, and closet by side door. Other than that, pretty much perfect.
Ty Chance! I do for others daily. I never felt I was loving. I've fed thousands of meals to ppl. Acts of kindness hundreds of times. And you make me feel better for all I do. I was thinking I'm failing. There's lots touchy huggy feely who don't do anything, I'm guessing.
I believe this house is made for the Amish. They separate dairy and meat.
So many options. Some people mentioned kosher. I'm personally familiar with "wok kitchens". You fry in there to reduce smell/ grease in the open kitchen.

Love most of this one, especially where the laundry room is & the entrance from master bedroom. Just needed pocket doors on both side not the big door taking up to much closet space. And the master bathroom just to plain. Love love love the kitchenette love it .

Home seems really CHEAP!!
If you live in my state you may have a full kitchen in your basement called a “Summer Kitchen” as well as a full kitchen on the main level. It was pretty common before air conditioning.
