It’s a good value for sure - plenty of tiny homes cost the same, but this has three times the space. I wonder when or if the mobile industry will start incorporating the eye catching design elements of the more stylish tiny homes like taller ceilings, more windows, and more exterior styles. I know that will increase costs, but the mobile manufacturers have greater volume of production that could still keep it affordable. I think that lots of people like the stylish tiny homes, but really want that in a 1,000 to 1,200 sq. ft. layout.
Knock that wall out between the the 2 tiny bedrooms make it a great main. Im single so I'd rather have a big main than those 2 tiny bedrooms. I'd be very happy with that!! Love the kitchen with the with that island with room for 4 but so much prep space if you need it.
I still appreciate that the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are about the same size. The 2nd bathroom/laundry room layout really helped with that. Overall, this was a really workable layout.
😊Wise choice concerning the best single wide home of the year(2023). Quite likable in almost every way. Yes I would option for shower/ tub combo in the master, then it would be a worthy choice. Thanks Chance.😊
I really like this home. I just wish they could put the hall bath closer to the living room so when you have company it’s right there. Just a personal preference. 👍
Good move on the second channel. Most people are looking for a low cost option. The big double and triple wides are nice but mobile homes have to address the lower incomes.
Those 1st two bedrooms are painfully small. Knock the wall out and make the two ONE. It's hard to believe that a single wide beat out some of the triple and doubles.
Happy New Year Chance! I liked this home a lot I remember it from before. Having an island that doubles as a dining area is really nice. Because of your channel I bought a singlewide in 2023 and will be moving in in a couple months. One thing your viewers may not know is the length of the process. About 9 months since I started to move in date. I had to get a lot then clearing septic water tap and everything.
I've been watching your videos for two years now! You got me out of some hard times Chance. I just love what you're doing showing prefab homes. I love this one too! I love your dance music when there's a big pantry. "Happy New Year to you and your bigger family now!"
Nice one 😀 But as a Canadian, I always wonder where I'd hang winter coats and spring jackets... where would I put that IKEA shoe cabinet thingy and where would I put my three pairs of winter boots (work, dressy and casual)? Umbrellas? 🤔 I'd have to use the smaller secondary bedroom to set up a coat rack and boot trays and store tubs of off-season clothing.
All things considered, it being a single wide compared to a double wide, the kitchen is better than some double wise ones I have seen. 5 drawers I think I counted in the kitchen! I've seen single wides kitchens that seem as if they figure everyone eats out or or brings home take out as the kitchens are barely big enough to do anything in. I love how you fixed the pillow on the couch! I would like to see electrical outlets in the big closets as some people need them for watch winders, charging phones, etc. and if I ever got a place that I might be tempted to sew in them, especially homes with windows in the closets. Same with pantries so you can have a crock pot, etc. cooking there, or charging stations, etc. You wouldn't like those square kitchen sinks the first time Cullen or Graydon conked their heads on the edge! I like the space to sit down in the master bathroom. I'm sitting down almost thd whole time while getting dressed, etc. I even have to sit down to brush my teeth as my standing ability is phhht. Best single wide I have seen in a long time.
I want to know. Is there a small one bedroom under 70 grand to start?? I want to buy some land. And I thought to put a simple little home on it. But once I really start looking ppl laugh and say ohhh noooo they start at 70g. And that's not set up, foundation and all. But when I was looking many months ago I swear I seen more smaller and more in my budget prices
Nice basic home. I really like to see the larger windows in the bedrooms, they should be large enough to be used as an emergency exit in the event of a fire...as mobile home fires are fast and deadly. Really like to see the closet doors too, hopefully that catches on!
Love but don't like the vents on the floor and the wire racks the master closet is the only one that is done right but at the end of the wood pole you have to stabilize it with some small wood blocks
Nice noble home. This kitchen should have a large island with seating across from the kitchen sink and not against that wall. You would have room for more storage on the wall it's connected to in this home as well. And why do they put such "busy" looking flooring in these homes today? Surely they have something that actually looks like wood. I had put vinyl flooring that looked like wood in one of my stick built homes and everyone loved my flooring and had no idea it wasn't wood. I bought it from Lowes stocked rolls. Very affordable and beautiful. They should focus more on quality and less on just adding more awkward spaces to the homes. Also, it's 2024 and time for mobile homes standard features to include more top rated and efficient appliances, water heaters or tankless water heaters and central air. Those air units in mobile homes are horrible and loud and once it has some age on it they require a LOT of maintenance which is extremely expensive. This is why people that do their research are buying small and tiny homes now. They are built better and are more efficient and even get better loans. I like your videos and how informative they are.
Nice home, but I have 2 dislikes. First is the vinyl siding. 2nd is the placement of the utility room. Not a fan having it put in the open. Also , having to pass thru it to go to the guest bath.
I like this alot! Only thing I would have preferred to see is a closed in laundry space, a pantry (Of some sort). And if possible just a tad longer so one of the "kids" bedrooms could be slightly bigger.
I like this layout. It’s just too narrow for me. I sometimes need support walking so there’s not enough room in hallways and doorways of this home. Add a few inches to the width and stretch the length out to 80’ and it would be perfect. Of course I would want a Jacuzzi tub in the master bath and a good size seat in the shower. I’m surprised that I actually like this one because it’s a single wide. It could use a pantry as well.
The biggest issue I have with this one is the long, narrow hallway .The bathroom would be pitch black in the event of a power outage. The master bath is pretty sweet considering. At least the washer and dryer area is off set a bit. Though I would prefer a separate room for laundry. It can be noisy when the wash is in the spin cycle, and would not want smelly clothes in the hall way, gross haha. But with the square footage not a bad layout. Thank you have a blessed New Year everyone
Happy New Year! Anyway, I've noticed that the tiny homes and some others do not install the Lazy Susans. Do they put something in the empty space where the Lazy Susan would go? Thanks for sharing with us.
I like all that wall space in the living room. It let's the owner use their own furniture. I don't think it needs two windows over the sink though, one would be enough. It just takes out more cabinet space. Personally I would prefer if that table were a proper island with cabinets underneath. Two seats would be enough for me. Just to be even more critical, what is the rapture over "farm house sinks?" I just don't get it, I hate them. To me they are the most impractical things ever, unless you use it to give your children or dogs a bath. Guess I'm not amongst the most popular huh? 🤔 🙃

Thank you for replying to my email so quickly I really appreciate it. I know you’re very busy.
@@peggykinzie4544I think your comment is meant for someone else.
I love the front living room and actual eating space.
Very cute.inside❤😂
very unique layout but I like it. Thanks Chance!

Thanks, Nice TH-cam video. Happy new year
This in a 2 brm would be great. Plug ins in the closets or make the back door area bigger for a freezer. Great price. Happy New year!
I love this home, Chance. I wouldn't change a thing!! Thank you for sharing.
I liked this one. Awesome for us "common folk" and it looks like a solid buy. Great looks. Looks comfortable. Great price.
HAPPY 2024 Chance to You and Your Beautiful Family! I hope you all have a Blessed and Happy Year 🙏
Very nice and beautiful single wide home..make it a 2 bedroom and remove the attached table to.wall and I'd be sold.. Very nice home.
Id also remove that table and put in my own
Would love to see this floor plan in a two bedroom so the room would be bigger and a bigger closet.

Mine was,92,000+ sewer4000+plumber5000+trees5000+elec.reconnect2000,dirt,level3000;whew!
That sounds pretty close to what I had. Our county’s water tap alone was $4200. The alternative was a well with no guarantee it’s potable. 😮

This home is a knockout!!
Aesthetically, it's a looker, but it's also roomy and a good value ❤
Thanks for the great tour, Chance !
Very nice single wide.
Happy 2024 🎉
We started out the year with a nice little 4.9 banger just off the coast ! 😬

Haha, great things to consider!
I actually really like this home. Very nice.

Nice
This is a great floor plan. Thanks Chance.
Just beautiful home thanks sharing love kitchen and living room layout awesome happy new year's God bless everyone ❤ ❤ ❤ ❤ ❤
Very nice home. I could easily live in this.
Great value and great choice, Chance. Happy New Year 🎈🎊
I really like front loaded singlewides. They don't make many of them. I guess it's because you have to have so much hall space.
Thank you Chance for sharing this video and Happy 😊 New Year to you and your family 👪 and may God continue to bless you and your family!❤❤🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎈🎆🎁🎊🎈🎉
Happy and blessed New Year to you and your beautiful family, Chance ❤
Thank you for the work you do, and all of your words of encouragement ❤️
I really love the layout of this place. It would be nice for a starter place.
Nice floor plan. I'd go for a solid tub / shower case in the master bedroom bathroom. 🙏
Thanks for showing!! Great info and video. 💯👍🙏☮️
Glad you enjoyed it
Agree nice countertops. I would like the guest bathroom would come before the 2 extra bedrooms.

Does this the home come with 2 beds and 2 baths?
I like everything about this one .
Maby a lighter flooring.
And white kitchen cabinets.
But I would be happy as is
Second view on this channel. 🙂
Love the single-wides. Good price

You can tell the pillow not being on the side of the couch bothered him too. I was eyeing it down and i noticed it magically got fixed lol
Like the kitchen window but wush they could open

Chance, you’re a handsome man, I think you should go for a mustache and goatee.
As for the video 🤩
Happy New Year! Anyway, I've noticed that the tiny homes and some others do not install the Lazy Susans. Do they put something in the empty space where the Lazy Susan would go? Thanks for sharing with us.
They should make thos a 2/2 it would be perfect size for that
Apron sink I believe is the term they use
Hey, great tour, but do the windows open or they fixed shut ?
I didn't like the fact there was three windows that didn't open between the kitchen and the living.
Does the manufactured home complies with the Federal Safety Standards? 😊
Do the inside walls have insulation? What all floor colors are available?
Can you get this in a 2/1?
Some minor changes and this would be a great house.
I like all that wall space in the living room. It let's the owner use their own furniture. I don't think it needs two windows over the sink though, one would be enough. Does this come in a 2 bedroom
Pretty
Bedrooms are too small with a three bedroom. Would rather have a two bedroom.
Screens on windows?
Retro layout. Long hallway. Like the closets aren't sticking out into the room. Much nicer that the washer dryer isn't in the hallway.
It’s rare to see a living room in the front.
How do i git this one
Need window in bathroom
Not bad, but the sink is an injury waiting to happen.
Master closet to narrow
Don't like it. I can't see the water heater, furnance, washer, dryer, and kids bathroom located next to two bedrooms. Seems like it would be noisy.
The one thing wrong with all of them. Floors vents are in the stupidest places
I'd like to see more of the home than the guy. My phone is muted and all I see is this guy talking away
If a window don’t open that is really stupid just for the fact that they built that model like that I would not do business with that company period
Living room way to small
Like who left their shoes by the front door??? 🙈
Not a fan....it looks cheap......hugs
Cheap closet
