Just tell me when vertical groove is matched with Spill port by moving rack totally, then there shall be no fuel delivery at all as effective stroke is 0
Basically we are controlling effective stroke of plunger by changing rack position

Spill port is used to reduce the pressure of oil in order to terminate the injection...when helical groove coincides with spill port...

In maine engine suction valve is provided at the top which open when the plunger is moving at BDC !!!!
