For exp. The timing position now is 8.5. so if we would like to delay by 1.5 . Firstly we turn flywheel back to 7.0 and then we proceed to adjust the marking on fuel pump to make it aligment?? Is that correct??
Yes definitely correct sir.. that is how to adjust timing

the indication of the number 6 on the flywheel, represents what?
It indicates the degrees before injection, so it the 6 degrees before injection.. it is your basis for your adjustment.. if that is the existing timing, when you have to increase the pmax , so you have to advance you may adjust to 8 to 7 degree
, eitherway when you need to decrease the pmax you have to delay the injection, then you have to adjust 5 to 3.5 , degree befoee injection.. our limit here is 8.0 to 3.5 degrees

turn the flywheel to position the adjusting nut at the lower most. WHAT DOES THIS MEAN SIR PLZ HELP...
This means when you need to increase peak pressure you have to advance the injection then match higher than the existing adjustment in the flywheel, example, the setting was 5.5 degree before injection, pressure on that setting is 110 bar, when you want increase the pressure by 5.0 bar then you advance the injection by 1.0 degree, then you set it to 6.5 degree before injection, by adjusting lock nut and timing bolt in the fuel pump timing, i hope you got it..

The angle of injection mate, the limit is 8.5 to 3 degree before top dead center , that graduation is shown in the flywheel
Sir if the pmax was low and it has a higher temperature what is the problem? could it be done by adjusting the injection timing?
Yes sir it could be, but mainly pmax problem can be adjusted through timing, however when it is still higher exhaust temperature, there could be more factors of it, it could be faulty injector, cylinder head itself, foul air cooler and turbocharger nozzle ring, fuel quality, and many more.. you may try to adjust timing first, then proceed further investigation if nothing happen

Didn't understand the sentence you said after push rod is free pushrod face has not overlapped. Does that mean push rod is not pushed inside cylinder
It means it is in top dead center position , push rod must be free, meaning it has not camface has not overlapped, once it overlapped, the push rod is not free and you cannot adjust the timing, ..
Example, the firing mate of unit no.5 is unit no.2, when you set these unit to top dead center , one of them should be free, and the other has overlapped, the one which is free, that you can adjust the timing, while the other you cannot adjust. I hope i explain it better sir.. thank you..
