      Don’t blast without gloves - sooner or later more likely sooner you will notice small black spots on your hands which will not go way. The spots will later become infected, the infection becoming persistent and leading to serious issues. By the time you notice the black spots it is too late as the debris from the blaster along with bits of blast media have become imbedded under the skins epidermis ( outer layer).

      @Mobileblaster  9 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      @grahamc887 Scott knows all too well what it feels like he's a tattoo like scare from the blaster 😂 how soon we talking? I use gloves on cold days but summer and hot days I don't and its been 15 ish year so and I've yet to hit myself well I fell off a jcb bucket (load all) once and my 1st reaction was put my hands down to brake my fall I would have been better just holding the pipe and fall however because I got bit on the cool down across the leg 😬 that hurt more than the fall would have haha

      😊 I don't show half of the work needed to keep it all working as it should maybe I should add. I've just fitted a new alternator and batterys water pump and thermostat but didn't film that 🫣 I've still alot more to do to get things upto 100% 😏

Great, you were able to fix the leak (hindsight is a wonderful thing regards to Figure 8) and another superb job on blasting the boat. Yes, the boat does look a lot newer than 15 years. Yeah I like the front bit on this real nice shape and the quality of the build was 2nd to none even the joints wasn't warped and nice and flush he mentioned something about this boat also had something that when it's plugged in to 240v it don't use the power like normal boats it charges and the boat runs off its own power supply I can only think battery banks or some kind of earthing that don't earth to the boat or water I've forgotten what he called it sounded very technical but obversly something is working as it was in real nice shape to say the years its had in the water 👌👍

    Hi Mick
    That’s a great example of how blasting the steel from new keeps the rust and pitting at bay. The anodes do help but I’ve done them when they’ve had the anodes on but not blasted and they’re pitted to hell. Spend a little bit more in the beginning and have them blasted, cut corners on the anodes👍😂

    • @Mobileblaster

      Definitely, also only use International 2k paint. Believe me International is the best of the best. I’ve been using it for over 20 years and it outperforms anything else. I’m going back into tanks I blasted and painted 15-18 years ago and honestly they are like the day we did them. The tanks are submerged in raw sewage and attack by methane gas and the paint it’s literally untouched. And it’s the same product they use on ships and oil tankers etc.
