I think you need this dozer DP it will go good with the new haul truck Mrs. DP will let you buy it hehe. You both have a great night and a better one tomorrow 🚜🚚
That 1050 is a nice looking dozer . And is pretty quiet inside the cab . I like where that you take a piece of equipment out and work it and try it out before that you try to sell it . That shows that you care about the customer, to see what that they are getting . I enjoyed this video c seeing you pushing dirt, so I would like to see you all testing-trying some more equipment. Be careful and stay safe and keep on making us more videos . As always, Jeffrey !!!
I really enjoy your content, Clint and Kevin. You do a lot of cool stuff, and play well together. Please keep it up, and I will keep smashing that LIKE IT!!! button.
Once again guys you are very honest people and I'm very proud to say that you don't see much people are honest anymore thanks again I enjoyed your video
Not sure how I (and TH-cam since I'm subscribed) missed this one but just WOW ~ what a beast indeed. I didn't even know JD even made something this large (100k lbs). Had to go look up more ... nice video of a JD 1050 pushing a CAT D8 around blade on blade like the CAT was the Mouse toy !!! More like this Clint !!!
I like watching anything you put up, but my favorite is engine rebuild repairs,, I'm disabled now and my back is F$;k so your the next best thing, thankyou, Paul South West France,
Great video as usual Clint it's hard to say what I like better all of your videos are very good. I do like these videos outside working and I like the shop work also because you explain what your doing and I can learn things so please keep doing what your doing and do somethings that you like to do it will be interesting and fun to watch
When you get in deep mud sometimes it will suck you right in and your stuck. One of my buddies stuck his D8 high track in the mud like that and I pushed him out blade to blade after he dug around it with the JD850 and then in just a few minutes I got stuck the same way on the 850 and he had to come and dig around me and then push me out blade to blade . When you are dealing with deep mud you have to be careful and watch every move that you make.
Having never run a dozer, I couldn’t understand why the visibility was so poor in front. It dawned on me you’re just looking at the edges of the blade? Enjoyed the video. Thanks
Enjoyed it all. I worked on equipment when a Cat D6C was new, kind of like your TD15 I believe you had on the other day. Show it all! Maybe introduce the people and yourself as some of us have no idea who is doing what. Also the controls would be interesting as it does not sound like a decelerator is used as the engine seems to maintain a preset RPM.
Great content! Slot of footage was ruined when it was run at high speed... Looking forward to more heavy equip. vids. I'd rather hear the equip. sounds than music
Great content , I learn so much , I hate to be a downer BUT ,the audio in this video made it hard for me to understand , so much good information , the machines , the history , etc.
Enjoy watching the 850J pushing dirt, beat’s watching cleaning dirt on a century old dirty rug? Clint got a Question for you. Your Dad is out there at the pond pushing dirt (good excise for our seniors), now just wondering does your Dad and Jerry knows each other?
hey if you guys are ever willing, I am a drone operator and I would love to be able to get some shots of equipment in action that could be shared with y’all of course. I’m local to Northwest Indiana and I’m down in Indy all the time
That's true, unfortunately, but that wasn't too bad 90000 pounds isn't more than 40,8 European Tons and no problem, the width is a little more about special exception which shouldn't be a problem if you think about the crews you sometimes meet on the roads, they take up one and a half times the width of the road, so here there are very few overhead lines under 30 m and also most electric cables are now buried, it's mostly the trunk lines at 400000 V which still goes via extremely high masts...
@@C_CEQUIPMENT thanks man. Could you help me check for 850j, 750j, 700j, 620G, WL-56, if it’s too much for you, give me your references and I’ll do the rest. Thanks
The first 5 mins all I saw was back of the blade, side of motor. I want to see what you’re talking about. I don’t care for the music. Maybe a drone locked on to follow the machine would show what you’re talking about. If you’re moving mud/silk why did you need the ripper?
This was one of my first videos so I was learning Anyway we were ripping shale to make for a solid base to shove mud across dam and mixing it with the mud
John Deere is really making a statement with their big dozers and all construction equipment.
That 1050 is a pretty brute!
Watching in Tennessee. Enjoy all your videos. 74 years old, Wish I had gotten into this line of work when I was young. Have always liked equipment.
Thanks for watching
that's one awesome dozer for sure
You need to find another job we can stick it on!
Lol I have one we just have to get it moved 😜
@@DirtPerfect well, buy the big ol 1050K and move it! Make a nice little helper for the 850J

@@warrenmichael918 LITTLE helper??? But I agree it should do much more work in the same time, and as they say time costs...
Great to see that you are an operator along with a mechanic, don't appreciate those who fix without knowing how things work in real life!
For sure

Now that 1050k looks more like dirt perfect
Better! It might need some cameras to see better...

Great to see you guys operating along side repairing.
Mr. Dirt Perfect needs one of these.
Bobbing a deuce would be a good video… how you service and prep to sell military equipment.Good to see you guys actually starting to post videos!🇺🇸
We have more videos in the works!
That's impressive the amount of dirt it pushes
I was able to run a new 950 with the six way blade used it on a lake job. Very very impressive machine
Shes a beauty Clark! Shes no cat but still a beauty

More video from outside of the cab and drone shots!!!
And long vids to play in the background when I'm playing with Lego with two 5 year olds.
Side comment. Don't play the music much louder then the parts where you talk. Keeping a hand on the remote control is annoying.
Will do
Thanks
That dude looks smooth!
surprised at how quiet and smooth the big guy is.
Very

I was thinking about the same, but an easy fix is some cameras forward and backward.
That's a beast
That machine is a Monster. However she looks pretty fancy inside the cab.😮
I run a 1050k everyday I love that machine. For it's size she does good. Take it out of eco mode. She don't give a damn
You’re 💯 right that was a whole lot of mud and muck.
Nice dozer

They do not
Dads been moving dirt since early 70s
Publique un video de cómo calibrar la TCU desde el computador del equipo. Saludos desde Argentina
Do you have an incab view where we can see the blade hand? Thanks
Probably not in this video
Sorry
@@C_CEQUIPMENT i meant in general. Maybe in a future video? Thanks
Why do smaller machines run 3or 5 Shank and this only 1
These are made to rip rock mainly
They smaller ones are made to rip dirt mainly
Are you going to build a housing track there
Great video Clint! I love all your videos 1050 is a beautiful machine Makes 850 look small on video Must be in D-8 class? Great job
Thanks
Yes d8

The issue with this size machine is transport. They really are built to be delivered and remain there for years.
For sure

Hey Clint I don't remember if you said the weight on this big behemoth just curious on is weight thanks 👍
96k
@C&C Equipment that's a heavy peace of iron plus plastic most probably
Oh yeah. Dirt moving is how I got to your channel. I know you're busy, but this has got to add subscribers and views. Pay a bill or try to.
Yep
Whats the average diesel consumption on the 1050k Dozer on full load?
I’d have to check to be sure but 15 gal per hour

Clint, what DID it cost to replace the undercarriage on that 1050K? Id imagine its a lot more today with inflation.
30k
Probably 40k today
@C_CEQUIPMENT ouch! Very nice machine though.
How does that compare to the d8t
About the same
Crazy these dozens run on hydros for drive motors and they work.... yet my old zero turn wheel horse can't keep a decent hydro in it to save my life.
I believe you would go to Jefferson Proving Ground to test your bulldozer.
Where
Hard to see anything out the side window except the mirror!
Enjoy video bro
Great channel, machine working is good, I personally like fab an shop work videos better.
Thanks
There is plenty more to come!
A dozer this size is going to need high track to keep up with cat
Looks like it has some snort
Does the higher placement of the top rollers affect the accumulation of materials on the undercarrage
No music
cannot hear you over the dozer
Thanks
Note taken
I really enjoy your channel but I think you should upgrade to a much better microphone system
That old shale is not good for a pond dam.
Yea
It what we had to do to float in the mud
It full and holding well
Dang that monster needs a camera in front of it so you can see what's in front of ya
