    I own a few businesses and I completely agree with your opening statement. You don't need all the toys to start, you just need the minimum to get the job done correctly even if you have to work more/harder your 1st couples times, then slowly invest into your craft. 1st time I started my demolition business at age 22 I borrowed a tractor and a dump truck and shared the profit with the owner, then eventually bought my own tractor, then another, then another, then my own dump truck, then 2. The problem with todays kids is, they teach them in school that the 1st thing they need to do to start a business is go to the bank and borrow 100k-500k. So they are already deep in debt before they even made a dime.

    For the metrovac, if you use it as a vacuum, do not use it as a blower. The hose will get filled with dirt and debris and if you use the same hose to blow, you will blow all that crap out onto what you are drying.

    With the extractor if you do no have the funds you can use your wet vac as the extractor. A clear extractor head is best (mainly for marketing), or just use a crevice tool. Clean the carpet/seat like normal, give a spray with clean water then extract using wet vac. I use the Rigid 4 gal about $80.

      I bought that too based on detail geeks recommendation. The first ones handle broke two car seats in to the job. I figured faulty build, no biggie. They replaced the entire unit. The second unit handle broke the second I tried to use it, just blew water all over the place. I had to use my shop vac to suck water out of the seat. And the second unit also leaked profusely from the storage tank.
      I got my money back and am still looking for an extractor.

You can use your vacuum cleaner and mf towels. Your assistant can film, but not help you. This can probably help anyone who aspires to be a detailer and I believe you can do it with ease. This could probably be your best video, and if anyone would like to see Oscar do this, please hit like and make your comments. I await your reply Sir.

    I have the Hill Injection but the injection feature is pretty useless. I'd get the TOSCA instead. They are great steamers.

      maintenance on those steamers?

    • @xycan8734
      @xycan8734 5 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@calvinwong365 You have to descale the boiler when it tells you.. depends on water hardness. Anywhere from 20-100 hours of use. You can't use distilled in these because they have an internal TDS meter to monitor the water and will malfunction if you do. Pros and cons. I use reverse osmosis water in mine with a low TDS count so it works well. Its nice you can throw tap water in there in a pinch. They have a nice super responsive trigger too.

    I really like your videos but I think you really need to stop guessing in front of the camera write down the facts and state the truth and stop guessing in front of the camera it makes you look like you don't know what you are doing.. but you really do know what your doing. Again this IMO. I hope to see more from you.
