- 500g Chicken breast
(鶏の胸肉)
- 3/4Tsp Salt
(塩)
- 1/4Tsp Black pepper
(胡椒)
- 100ml Soda water
(ソーダ水)
- Wait for 30 minutes
(30分待つ)
- 200g All purpose flour
(中力粉)
- 1Tsp Garlic powder
(ガーリックパウダー)
- 1Tsp Chilli powder
(チリパウダー)
- 1/2Tsp Black pepper
(胡椒)
- 1 Egg
(卵)
- High heat 3 minutes
(強火3分)

At first she was a bit hesitant about the sprite but now after we’ve made this it came out so crispy that she specially asked me to thank you for the idea!! Made it just now and it was delicious, thanks as always, never thought I would be using a soft drink as a cooking ingredient.
Try out coca cola marinated steak! adds a touch of sweetness and will give your meat a nice caramelized char once it hits the grill.

I’m surprised many people are shocked about the sprite soda, we use sprite in one of our traditional dishes so it tastes better :) (Adobo Chicken/pork if your wondering)

@@uchraluchralll3338 oh no no no cola tastes mostly sweet, not good for adobo. I’ve tried ;-; .For adobo we want like a sour and sweet taste. that’s why we choose sprite over 7up, 7up makes the soy sauce taste bitter which doesn’t taste good. Hopefully this answers other questions too :)

almost every ingredients he used are already available in my kitchen so I tried to made it.. but using random local lemon-lime drink in my fridge (it taste 90% like sprite). not so bad.. my brothers ate it as if they never taste chicken before:)
