There's a similar recipe, with bread and mozzarella but no potato, that is a traditional Sicilian recipe called "Mozzarella in carrozza". I'm curious to try your version.

Thank you so much for reminding me!! Well yes I tried it and it went so well! The recipe was quite easy so I just followed and the result was almost the same😊 almost because I was used cheese slices instead 😅 but believe me it was yum!!

This recipe looks really delicious, I have been watching Nino since long, and he always makes very appetizing dishes but I think that if you seasoned the mashed potatoes, it would add more flavor to it, like a Samosa (An Indian snack) just the difference would be that, this one has cheese in it and its base is a bread like a sandwich, as mentioned. I really love your videos, and cooking style, keep it up, but I really miss those funny subs u used to put in the videos.

ingredients for about 2 people:
Potato - 5 ~ 6
Toast slice - 2
Mozzarella - about 80g?
Egg - 2
Bread crumbles - about 100g
Bread crumbles can be made by just ripping some bread apart that you have at home. That's it.

I wonder if you can use an air fryer at the deep fry part. I want to try this, it looks delicious and crispy AND it's simple with small ingredients.

The first video I knew about Nino was a video of making dorayaki, but the video that made me fall in love with him was the video of Hanoi Chicken Cake and thanks to it, I knew that you and I are compatriots, living in the same area in the South of Vietnam but I Not sure where exactly.
