Congrats. Zippers does do awesome work. When I was working living in their area, but raising a family, I could not afford them. Now retired, family grown and I need some more power from my 114 in H-D build stage IV. They may be getting some of my $$$ this winter😊
Bob and Danny pointed out to me how important correct slip on /exhaust has on hd performance! Sure hope one day I can have zippers blueprint a motor for my hd!
How did your power numbers go down if you have the Thundermax tuner? BTW based upon your reviews, I have gone to TMAX, RS468 cam, KW headpipe and mufflers and just ordered a 117 big bore kit. Thanks for your detailed reviews. You are a super ambassador for Zipper’s products and so far you have been an honest broker.
Even with correction factor Dyno results fluctuate. As long as I'm within 3 or 4 of the original pull I'm OK with it. Your bike should really scream now, I had a friend with a 117 that has a 468 and his bike was really fast. Thanks for watching and commenting.
I've got a 128 build going on right now... told I should expect similar #s.... but my tech guys are saying I need to go to a chain from a belt-drive... seems you have a belt-drive... thoughts?
Added a redshift 468 cam on a 107. Good power but a really noisy cam. This 468 makes the engine feel/sound like a locomotive mid rpm range. Don't think I would use it in the next bike.
Now that you have it tuned up and getting all the ponies I’d love to see you take it to moonshine Harley Davidson and see if it’s anywhere close to those numbers on their dyno I would bet it’s 15 to 20 less horsepower and torque
I’ve heard the guys at moonshine say that when a bike built by zippers is brought there they can’t get the same number’s on their dyno as zippers claim it’s 15 to 20 less horsepower and torque. I’d like to see if that’s the case cause that’s a pretty big difference
@@TravelingTall Wow thats even more impressive. I checked Zippers site, I have to have a 114 or 117 to get that big cam you have. I have to get the 468 for my 107.
Wow, that is serious hp and torque.
Time to live through your videos for a while. It was 43 degrees today. As a high. I don’t have much riding time left.
Glad to have you along for the ride. I have some exciting stuff happening soon. Stay tuned
Definitely going here to have my Roas glide worked on!!
Congrats.

I wish I would have watched these videos before I had my 475 cam put in
Fantastic video, they are my next purchase on the build of my twin cam 88 absolutely fantastic thanks for the upload
Great numbers. Zippers obviously treats you well but it’s also nice to know that these guys are all in the Developemental of products for the masses.
Looks like some good numbers for the Torque and horsepower
152 Torque / 151 HP at the wheels...nice! From what I could see on the screen, the curves (torque & HP) looked sweet too!
HECK YEAH!!!!!....nice!
This place 30 mins away from me…. You recommended a cam for me and told me twice for my Milwaukee 8. I forgot again..😂
The Zippers guys seems super knowledgeable.
NiCe
That’s solid! I’m impressed.

Pretty Cool Tall.

Nice grains!💯
Great #’s Tall, wonder if head work would correct that dip on the dyno graph?
Hit you up during your live chat. Yup I'm at 150hp 162tq on my SE 131 build. It's a great place to be, and not destroying the motor. Enjoy man!
Doubt it.
@@robmagill5123 Doubt what?
Definitely not
My buddy has a trask turbo on a 131 an has similar tq an 176 hp, the 131 dont produce those numbers

What's the ballpark runs they charge, price 🤔 Art from Reno NV
Was head work done. +1.5 mm or 2mm valves. What size tb & intake .?
Was that 4th gear pull? I believe that’s what I counted. Thanks Tall, great video

Was it tuned on 93 octane?
What kind of mileage you get?
Just found your NOV 2019 vid-says 130 RWHP??
150HP ?? What was the result after the initial build?
#TravelingTall
What kind of mileage are you getting on a full tank of gas?
What gear is used during the pull?
I think 5th I let the camera run so you can see him change the gears because I thought someone might ask Thanks for watching and commenting.
50% more torque and 110% more horsepower than stock. That's IMPRESSIVE.
Those are some good looking numbers. Just curious, what’s your gas mileage like?
219 on the last roadtrip
@@TravelingTall whoa!! I’m
Getting no where near that mileage on my S&S 124. Might be turned up a little bit🤣 or my right hand. 🤣
What kind of Hwy gas mileage do you get after the up grade.
About 220 a tank on the last roadtrip.
@@TravelingTall thanks
@@TravelingTall I have a 128 zippers build with stock heads and get 185 hwy at best

Tall is your crate a 124 or staged to a 124?
Stage 124, but J have a full rebuild top end and bottom.
