J. R. Ward's Black Dagger Brotherhood series and Teresa Gabelman's Protectors series are my absolute fav vampire romances. Thanks for your recommendations ❤
Say what you will but Twilight did a lot for so many and it is a classic at this point ❤ I need to read Black Sunshine sooner than later. Thanks for collabing Jess ❤
My favorite is actually the Novella of The Serpent and the Wings of Night. It's called 6 scorched Roses, it's a standalone, although you'll meet the same characters in the 2nd book The Ashes and the Star -cursed King. 6 scorched Roses tells the story of Lilith a Human woman in a village that is cursed by a god and the villagers are dying from a strange disease, this disease hits home as her sister contracts it. Lilith will do anything to save her. And means to going to the reclusive Vampire named Vale to search for a cure. Vale and Lilith's love story is so enchanting! How cam you not fall in love with these characters?
Ohhh Six Scorched Roses was so so good! I liked how it introduced us to Vale and Lilith. They need their own duo! I know she had a few more duos planned in this world, I can’t wait to see who they are about.
It may sound basic but the Crave series by Tracy Wolf has my literal heart and I’ve been searching for another series that makes me feel the way it did when I read it. I want crave but spicy. I’m reading filthy rich vampire right now and so far I’m really liking it.
I love that you included the Sookie Stackhouse novels, I don't think I ever completely finished the series but they were so quick and fun and then the show was it's own vibe, also had the best book to screen casting of Alexander Skarsgard GOOD GOD
Discovery of Witches for me was like Outlander but with less insane plot lines and with witches and vampires. The historical part is def hit or miss but I loved it.
Haven't read many vampire romances but... 'A Hunger Like No Other,' by Kresley Cole is definitely a good one. Between a lady vampire and a werewolf. It's the first book in the 'Immortals After Dark,' series. Not sure if you've mentioned it in a previous video, apologies if you have.
I recently read "The secrets in shadow and blood" by Lana Pecherczyk and I loved it! It's the 4th book in her Fae guardians series. The whole series follows a general plot but I guess you could read it as a standalone. The first 3 books are about wolf shifters, the next 3 about vampires and the next 3 about elfs. The series is ongoing. The 9th book comes out in about a week and there will be more. I would recommend reading them in order. They're all really good! I've also started this author's other series with the sins. That was pretty good too!
"Vampires of Twilight Castle" and "Wolves of Blood and Rule" by Asher Sharol deserve spots! Not too heavy on the romance, but the plot! It's like chaos on the pages...sweet, beautiful chaos. :)
I love me some vampires! Urban fantasy/paranormal is top 3 genre for me! I absolutely loved the Sookie Stackhouse series and The Coven. Cursed was a let down for me as it was more heavy on spice than actual plot instead of balanced like the first novel. Have you read Jeaniene Frost’s Night Huntress series? It’s a vampire/vampire Hunter romance series with a couple series spinoffs
I love the twilight series , not as much as when I was a teen but still love them vampire academy books i love them as well, the house of night series I used to love as a teen I tried to reread it but it was just cheesy now and I never thought I would say that lol, but I need to read more paranormal romances this month and this winter.
Twilight, Serpent & The Wings of Night and FBAA on my list too! Twilight was the gateway book ❤ I think I picked up FBAA based on your rec awhile ago 😊 have The Coven on my tbr😊
Did you ever read the Black Dagger Brotherhood series by J.R. Ward? Those are my all-time favorite vampire romances!! Huge series with about 21 books! Spice, angst and family!
Highly recommend D.M.Mortier Lethal Legacy Vampire Series book 1 Unclaimed Mate book 2 Defiant Mate ...very different take on the normal vampire books....just love when you grab a book to read to fill in some spare time just to discover a hidden, unexpected gem.....
Twilight really did that shit for us back in the day lol. What a time to be a teenager lol my mom and I got so close bc we read and obsessed over the books together. I actually really enjoyed midnight sun in edwards POV, a lot more than I thought I would all these years later!
Have you ever read any of the Anita Blake vampire hunter books by Laurel K Hamilton? It gets extremely spice in some books and some are better than others, but I've not read any other vampire books except for the twilight series. Love your videos btw, def got me reading more and discovered some really good series! Now I need to buy a new bookshelf 😂
I have had the boxed set for the All Souls Trilogy for years and don't know why I have been putting it off. Curious to see where I land with the second book!
I think Twilight was my first vampire read and I Loved the whole series! They were so good. I keep forgetting From Blood and Ash is about vampires! All released books are sitting pretty on my shelf waiting to be read. I LOVED The Coven so much but the second book was a huge let down for me, I’m interested in your thoughts on it. I just found Karina Halles Hollow/Legend duo a few days ago and didn’t realize she had a whole world of spooky reads!
I know you have just got to be waiting for the audiobook for Feathers From The Sky by Jess Wisecup like I am! I just finished Fourth Wing and looking to start a new book. The Serpent and the Wings of Night was in my library but for some reason is locked and no longer downloadable. I really need to figure out a good way to get audiobooks because paying 1500 yen and finding a book i can listen to from time to time is annoying. The fact I listened to all of FBAA on the service but the latest isn't included scares me for future release like CC3.
Love vampire recs!! 🧛♀️ Random question lol.....what color is your shirt? 😅 I've been looking at ordering one but wasn't sure which color to get. So many choices lol.
I totally recommend Desire in his Blood by Zoey Draven. It’s sooo good and Zoey Draven writes romantasy so well done. Totally recommend checking out her works ❤️🩸
The Black Dagger Brotherhood is by far the best I have ever read. The first one is okay but then they just get absolutely amazing the more you read.
Yesss did so much for me.
Twilight will always be a classic. It did a lot for so many, you are so right about that. I love love the series and the movies, of course.
"Twilight" helped me jump back into reading and I haven't stopped yet.
Same

I am so glad you mentioned Charlaine Harris series! Love. Rereading again now.

Well, the Vampire Academy isn't spicy, but it's an amazing series
I need to finally get to Black Sunshine! Also, Coven sounds intriguing!
I love that you included the Sookie Stackhouse novels, I don't think I ever completely finished the series but they were so quick and fun and then the show was it's own vibe, also had the best book to screen casting of Alexander Skarsgard GOOD GOD
YASSS!!! Best casting ever!!!!
Discovery of Witches for me was like Outlander but with less insane plot lines and with witches and vampires. The historical part is def hit or miss but I loved it.
A Discovery of Witches is a good one.
I hope to read that series this fall.

I read book 1 and enjoyed it but I seriously need to continue this series
"Vampires of Twilight Castle" and "Wolves of Blood and Rule" by Asher Sharol deserve spots! Not too heavy on the romance, but the plot! It's like chaos on the pages...sweet, beautiful chaos. :)
I just read From Blood and Ash and I must say…. It’s soooo good
YASSS!!!! 🙌🏼

I used to love all of those but especially the house of night series in high school ahh. Throwback.
OMG!!! I meant to include Vampire Academy in this video 🤦🏻♀️
Twilight, Serpent & The Wings of Night and FBAA on my list too! Twilight was the gateway book ❤
I think I picked up FBAA based on your rec awhile ago 😊
have The Coven on my tbr😊
Did you ever read the Black Dagger Brotherhood series by J.R. Ward? Those are my all-time favorite vampire romances!! Huge series with about 21 books! Spice, angst and family!
I started it but didn’t love the audio book narrator for book 2 😞
Highly recommend D.M.Mortier Lethal Legacy Vampire Series book 1 Unclaimed Mate book 2 Defiant Mate ...very different take on the normal vampire books....just love when you grab a book to read to fill in some spare time just to discover a hidden, unexpected gem.....
You should read the London Steampunk series by Bec McMasters!!
Twilight really did that shit for us back in the day lol. What a time to be a teenager lol my mom and I got so close bc we read and obsessed over the books together. I actually really enjoyed midnight sun in edwards POV, a lot more than I thought I would all these years later!
Ahhh I own the physical book but keep putting it off 🫣 I’ve heard so many mixed reviews!
I’m surprised you didn’t put in the all time Vampire classic. Bram Stoker‘s Dracula.
Ooooh adding that to my TBR! 📝
Chastely bitten kinda sounds like Kresely Cole’s monsters after dark series.
I have had the boxed set for the All Souls Trilogy for years and don't know why I have been putting it off. Curious to see where I land with the second book!
Ahhh let me know what you think when you read it! I was positive the second book was going to be my favorite and I almost DNF’ed
I loved all of them. 🧛♂️ 🧙♀️
Yes, Charlene Harris Southern Vampires series was great! So was True Blood
But I loved Alcide, the Werewolf. ❤😊

Ahhh I’m pretty sure they are re-recording Serpent and the Wings of Night so that might be why it’s not available 😅 what platform are you using?
Desire in his blood by zoey draven is my favorite as of lately . Absolute gem
Try the vampire awakening series by Brenda K Davies
I will never get sick of vampires ok 🫶🏻😂
Same!!! 😂
true blood the show is so ridiculous I love it. I've never read the books though.
The books are just as ridiculous! Honestly I might like the show more just because of Alexander Skarsgard 😅
I agree about King of Battle and Blood. I feel like Scarlet St. Clair is not the best at building anticipation. She just jumps into plots or spice
I think my favourite vampire series is the mortis series by J.C. Diem, the background of vampire’s is different and I found it captivating.
I still need to read book 4 in the blood alliance series
Great list of books😊
I read Court of the Vampire Queen and I stopped in the beginning of the third book because of a HUGE inconsistency between the second and third book.
Love vampire recs!! 🧛♀️ Random question lol.....what color is your shirt? 😅 I've been looking at ordering one but wasn't sure which color to get. So many choices lol.
The shirt is from MyBooKGoddess and the color is forest green! (Use code HF10 to save 😉)
@@HonestFiction thank you!!!
My favourite vampire series was originals
Good morning
Dark lover by j r ward❤😂🎉😊
🖤✨
I totally recommend Desire in his Blood by Zoey Draven. It’s sooo good and Zoey Draven writes romantasy so well done. Totally recommend checking out her works ❤️🩸
I’ve read other books by that author and really enjoyed them so I’ll def add that to my TBR! 📝
